This credit union is terrible. I was trying to get CD rates and I got bounced from voicemail to voicemail.No real person.My bank Truist will answer the telephone and actually talk to you.Time to change.

Not having real tellers make this whole process a real pain.. connecting to them through a phone for a virtual experience is unacceptable are we in jail? . ? This makes the whole process last too long .. this along is making me move my business somewhere else.. Good Luck y'all

I walked in to ask questions about how to refinance my car with them. The lady at reception was apprehensive about me walking in to obtain info, as she said someone was in front of me. I was willing to wait. I was able to receive the info I needed, quickly.

So fed up with this credit. Why do you need multiple logins? Smh. Remember opening my business account here and I was told by a staff "oh that won't be a need for long" should've took my business elsewhere from then.

I had a similar experience with Ms. Harshman. My loan was approved online and I verified with the loan officer the documents that I needed in hand to finalize the loan. Upon arrival at the branch, Ms. Harshman questioned the process and stated that she had never closed a loan in this manner. She then called in a coworker to discuss the details and referred to me as if I were not present in the room. "She said" and "her". She then called the loan officer who verified that all of the pieces were in place and she had authorized it. Ms. Harshman grumbled and complained during the whole process and even questioned why I would choose to obtain the loan in this manner. I had an auto loan for my son's vehicle in my name and both of our names were on the title. My son had just died! How dare she question why I did something like that? I was in uncharted territory and was relying on the loan officer to guide me. I left the office feeling berated and attacked by someone who was supposed to be in a service position.

The bank is great but the employees in this location (Shelli H.) are not in your best interest to help you. I've been going back and forward with her for a whole week to open a business account because this bank is closer to my house I currently have Navy Federal business account. After waiting for almost a week she told me my account was approve by the department that handles everything and that I'm able to open my business account but we needed appointments and they couldn't help me virtually after I explained that my partner was states away and he couldn't make it if there was any other way. He drive from TX-MD just to sign the doc she requested to open the account once we arrive at the branch all of a sudden there was an additional document she need and without that we couldn't open the account. The document is not required in my state. I didn't understand if the department already approve my account why did she need an additional document and now she's the one verify the document and not the department? She gave me misleading information the whole process and contratddiected herself multiple time when I question her knowledge. She was sarcastic the whole time and even throw my license to me. She made me feel like she was being dishonest nothing she said made any sense. She started asking me personal information about my business that has nothing to do with opening the account made me feel like she's was untrustly which made me question if I wanted to proceed with the account. I contact customer service and they where able to help me. Please don't waste your time with her she will give you the hardest time ever. She made me feel uncomfortable and made me question if she was just being racist with me because We're young Latino couple entrepreneur! To top it off she didn't once apologized! Very unprofessional.

been a member since 1983,I have a better chance of sending a withdraw slip to Towson like in '83 to get MY own money versus using this location with no humans and an ATM that is out of service more then in service.

This is the best SECU that I know of. I have lived in other parts of Maryland, and none in the other locations are as good as this one. Keli H., in particular, is always helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient in handling all of my banking needs.

No ability to pay car loan online, no ability to contact human being or pay via phone, short daily banking hours. Worst credit union ever.
