I'd like to give my highest recommendation to this company and their superb representative Kachele Aleshire. I was in search of a new Medigap policy because mine had become too expensive and she did an excellent job guiding me through the process. Via email she delineated all my options and answered all my questions completely and accurately. And then in the space of a 20 minute phone call she was able to complete the entire application for my new plan and five minutes later it was approved and ready to go! She is experienced, knowledgable and communicates everything in a very understandable way. Thanks again for making this process so enjoyable!

I can’t believe my good luck finding Nicole Hardy at Senior Benefits! Not only is she easy to talk to, Nicole is extremely knowledgable about the twisted highways of Medicare and which direction to take. My 90-yr old mother and I moved to another state, thus making it necessary to change health insurance. I started my search for Medicare, with Sr Benefits. I knew nothing, and Andy Thomas got me started. I researched all options available to me, from multiple online sources (Fidelity, AARP, Mutual of Omaha, Via Benefits..), but in the end, for the same price, and I could have easily done it online, I got the personalized assistance of a professional with decades of experience (not a salesman, like some Medicare "stores") and I was able to support a brick and mortar, local business. I feel good about this.
