My salesman, Jacob, was the best. I completed all documents online, which was too good to be true. It's the part of car buying that I don't like, pricing and negotiating. It was a quick sale though.

I recently purchased a CX-50 Hybrid from Sheehy Mazda of Hagerstown and it was a smooth process from start to finish.
Kerryann Dean was my sales rep and everything was done electronically, including the paperwork. Hagerstown is about 40-45 miles away, from me so they offered to do at-home delivery, which I accepted.
The vehicle was delivered in great condition. I'm familiar with newer Mazda vehicles, but Kerry still showed me how things work. She also swapped the plates on my trade-in and put them on new vehicle.
I would definitely recommend working with Sheehy and Kerry. 10/10 stars.
