“This UPS store is great. I used the Amazon self-return machine and did not realize one of my items was not scanned to return until about 2 weeks later. I had left the product in the bin and I thought no way would I be able to get it back to process the return. They actually have a bin to hold items for mistakes like this. I was able to retrieve the item and process the return. I could not be more thankful for this process. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well. The store is always clean.”
