I have been interested in a Sleep Number for quite some time. I had studied the Sleep Number beds online prior to visiting the store and talked to many friends who own Sleep Number beds. When we arrived at the store, Michael was very helpful and answered all our questions and we were able to lay on the model that we were interested in while discussing the specifics. We look forward to receiving the bed. I am currently checking my sleep pattern so that I may compare it to the data I get once the bed is received and tested. Once we are able to use the bed I intend to update my review.

My spouse and I walked into the sleep number store fully expecting to purchase a bed. I had been in the SN website to check the beds out, and quickly received a message from Tiffany. I had no idea which store she worked in, but when I found out she was at our local store, I scheduled an appointment with her.
She was very helpful, explaining the categories of the beds, and allowing us to experience the comfort of the models.
She was the perfect blend of enthusiasm and low-pressure, guiding us toward the right choice.
We purchased an adjustable split king bed and received it within a few days. It is very comfortable. Not only have I been getting good night’s sleep, but I also love the the app that it comes with. It shows each night how many hours restful sleep I get and how much restless sleep I get each night. It gives a sleep score, as well as other vital data.
I couldn’t be happier with my SN bed.

Had an older Sleep Number P5 but wanted a bed bed with heated feet. The 360 bed actually exceeded all of my expectations. With so many upgrades that my wife and I sleep better than ever before

Went in just to get an idea of prices after having gone to a different location where I did not receive the warm welcome and the willingness to listen to my needs. Tiffany took the time to show me the different options withm my budget and explain the difference between each one.
Also liked the fact that she did not try to upsell as some had tried.
Very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Was a very rewarding experience working with her.

Yesterday my family and I went to look at the beds at Sleep Number in Hagerstown, Maryland. I needed a bed for my back issues. The sales man, Eric Reyes greeted us then began telling us the different functions of each bed for my needs. He was very professional, knowledgeable, very friendly and down to earth. We all enjoyed being there shopping for a bed for me which I tend to take a long time lol. We all not only learned a lot from Eric about beds, we all shared numerous laughs together he is awesome. The end result I purchased a I-8 queen size bed, a headboard and adjustable base and two pillows. We were so impressed with Eric Reyes and the Sleep Number beds in Hagerstown my family will in the future be back to purchase a bed, base and pillows from him..

Tiffany was amazing…so kind, helpful…actually reaching out to help me get the best benefits I could even after I left the store. While in the store she took her time with me, was relate able and helped me understand how the mattresses really work, and found the best mattress for me!!
Haven’t received it yet, but I’m so very excited!!
