Not a review of the store but of Staples new rewards policy. They used to give nice discounts for purchases - up to 50% in rewards for ink purchases, which made me want to shop at Staples all the time. Now, since they changed their rewards program, I get $4- in rewards instead of the usual $150- or so (I buy a lot of ink for my business). I guess it's time to shop elsewhere.

I had a pleasant experience at Staples. Being older, I am not the most technical adept person but a young service person took the time to teach me how to load apps on my phone and was so kind. The nicest part was that she didn't make me feel stupid!

I bought an office chair that I was not too impressed with, and had some minor issues. The manager on duty Brittany was wonderful! Helped me with the return, got me set up with a new chair, and even offered to take it up front and get things handled for me. Excellent customer service thank you!!

If you've never sent a fax or worked with a copier don't expect to get much, if any, assistance. What you will get is a condescending, snarky attitude from a snot nosed punk boy.

15Apr.2024 I was just in(12:44pm)there today customer service was absolute garbage. No one wanted to follow through with helping customers. Good luck if you don’t know how to navigate well on the computer. These people they have in there will rush you through explaining usage of the computer and just walk away. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WORK THEN DON’T FILL OUT THE APPLICATION. That female manager that walked up to the area were you ship stuff, make banners, and signs; your employee was very unprofessional and rude. So yes, she was alright. She was alright being rude as she wanted to be to customers. And you(as a pitiful manager)don’t scare or intimidate anyone. Corporate will be called.
This review was a while back(I’ll leave it)..This location is relatively quiet and it is small and always stocked with most of what you need for home office, school, or office. The UPS 7 days a week is awesome the lady that works in there on Sunday afternoon’s is extremely patient and has superb customer service skills.

While in your Hagerstown store, your staff made sure I was receiving all the discounts and point awards possible to save money. That was greatly appreciated, especially when it helps offset the high price of ink cartridges!

I go to this place to return some orders that I need to return. Amazon...the staff seems good, but today there was an employee named Rachel, who was in charge of dealing. There was a problem that she could not scan the code that she printed from them, and she came back and made a second copy, and when she came, she was angry and threw the receipt to us in a disrespectful way in front of everyone. She did not even speak to us and went away. She gave us her back and said everything was done. Even my husband and I kept waiting. Maybe there was something else we should take, but she seemed upset. My husband asked her name and told her, “You are not cooperative at all.” When he blocked one of the people working, he said, “No, she is good.” I don’t know how people evaluate, but This behavior of this woman is completely not good. If she does not like to deal with people, then do not work. Sit at home and be mean to yourself and not to the clients.
