if i could give negative stars i would give negative five stars!! absolutely horrible customer service and employees while unwilling to help also had no idea what they were doing!! ruined my image of t mobile and caused so much unnecessary hassle and trouble!! i warn anyone who wants to set up a phone with t mobile PLEASE go to an actual store and not this dump!!

This is the only store in MD where I can not return a new device and even restocking fee is $125, which is $70 over all other t mobile stores. It must not be customers issues if phone don't work right or t-mobile services dies in downtown Hagerstown or in woods.And then having employees with attitude won't get business any better.I hope owner must pay attentions to fix all issues.

Very bad experience.. the representative lied to me multiple times just to sell the promotion which I didn't even require.. very disappointed with the service.. never going to visit this store again and I'm planning to switch to some other service provider now. Consistent liars they will do anything to make you pay extra bucks

Some of the worse employees ever. Tried to return home wifi box. Kay tells me she can't do that. I have to call and cancel service first. And that they don't take the box back in store. Call 611 cancel and I'm told they have to take it back in store. Go back in Kay says I can't find your account now even though we still have phone service and refuse to take back the box. Go back the next day and the store manager is there does the return with no problem. All the while Kay is giving dirty nasty looks when ever the manager isn't looking. Also my first two trips in she wouldn't even get up to with me speak with me just sat in her chair the whole time. Store manager is great but Kay is horrible try not to work with her unless you like being lied to.

We went in to ask for pricing/package options for switching to T Mobile from a different carrier. We asked to see the plan options and she asked us " how much can you afford?" We told her what ever was necessary since I didn't know how much I paid (I was still under my parents account-bless them) and my husband is ... my husband and doesn't know. Anyway, we told her whatever necessary and she said "well I need to know how much you can afford." We then told her we wanted the cheapest plan they had. She stared at us and again said "I need to know how much you can afford".After that I asked her if it was possible to view their plan options online and she said " I don't know I've never looked on our website". So my husband and I looked at each other and realized she did not want to help us. So we left. Whatever young lady was working at this T Mobile store at 7:45pm on 01/05/2023 needs to return to training and work on her 1. Client service skills 2. Client communication skills 3. Patience.We were very disappointed and will not be moving forward with T Mobile.

You can see the tactics they use in the other reviews. Wiley the store manager will lie and say there is a promotion running and “give” you every accessory in the store. What they are actually doing is using the credit you would have had towards your next bill. I don’t know where a better alternate T-Mobile store is, but with all the options there has to be one. 0/10 would not recommend.

Hands down, my experience at the store was fantastic. Wyley and Jazzmine had/were excellent team in resolving our new phone line activation process. It got complicated but they were extremely helpful in resolving the specific problems I had. I was impressed and surprised to see immense patience they have to take great care of our needs. They are professionals at work and very personable. Thanks!!

This is a terrible store. They attempted to try to add on extras to my account and say it was free under a bundle promotion, but was actually billing me and telling me it's gonna come off my account in two months the next billing cycle I would never shop here again.

Tech support is no help. A can of cheese whiz would do better. Bill is erratic. Clearing up issues even with receipts in hand is difficult. Checking into a better provider.

Was here on Thursday around 6pm same time everyone else got off work and had the same idea as I did. There was a line but all three employees worked efficiently and got us worked through in record time. Shauna helped me, I was back out in less than an hour (including time waiting in line) with a new phone with all the info transferred off my old one. Good work guys!

The people here are nice I guess. Besides the fact that when they work with you they’re texting on the phone making you wait till they hit send. And when they give you stuff that’s apparently “Free” with a bundle is a lie. They charge you for all the stuff without telling you. And they charge you to set it up and don’t tell you if they set it up for you it’s a fee. Instead they take it upon themself and doing anyway to charge you to get the commission. These people are just scamming everyone that walks in. DO NOT GO HERE!

I went to this particular T Mobile store because my phone was running very slow. There were 2 young people working and neither could help me. The one young lady had no clue what to do. The other guy told me to call 611 and they would help me. So what's the purpose in having employees if they don't know what they are doing.Extremely poor customer service.

Been getting lied to since I came in that store! Got my bill and it's $78 more then what they said it was gonna be. Said they would fix it.. that was 2 weeks ago. Still haven't. Stay away from Jasmine. She a BIG liar. Never again will I have my service thru them. They are the worst!
