The Overwatch is a veteran-supporting thrift store located at the Premium Outlets in Hagerstown. It is a large, clean, and very well-organized store with clearly defined areas, making it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. There is a wide variety of unique odds and ends and so many great things to choose from, with fair pricing. The store features attractive seasonal displays and you can tell a lot of care goes into its thoughtful layout. The staff is very friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. They also take donations. Open from 11am to 6pm, it is definitely worth a visit and there is something for everyone.
Had a PlayStation mailed to me all the way to Iowa! Very pleased with how nicely everything was individually wrapped, and with extra padding for extra safety of the item! Love this store, visit every time I’m in town ☺️

I Visited the Overwatch a small, veteran- supporting thrift store.It is located at the Premium Outlets in Hagerstown. It was clean, and organized. So much to look at. Very friendly, and helpful. Please stop and look around. They also take donations....Open 11am-6pm.. You won't be disappointed, there's something for everyone...
