“I love Sade and Employee Kari. Sade is a cashier that always has a friendly face when I come visit. Very helpful and bubbly. There are a few other staff members that really don't seem to like their job there and it shows. One cashier I heard yelling at customers children. Thats a no no. Over all good merchandise that I have found there”

“I won't go into details about how our oven rack got donated. It just did. And it didn't dawn on me until making Sunday morning Swedish pancakes the next day. My hubby wanted to go and get it back from the Burhans store. I knew better- for sure it was fine into the distribution system already. But I'm always ready for a car ride and we showed up at Burhans right after they opened. But yesterday's truck was already gone to the Penn Ave center. So we drove out there. The young man who answered our knock on the "employees only" door was very friendly and directed us to the front entrance. The manager explained about the trucks being unloaded and things might be gone already. But she took our contact information anyway. A couple hours later she called! They had it! We offered a few bucks to pay for our "donation" but she didn't take it. super nice people to deal with. And I'm super happy we didn't have to find a new oven rack.”
