Tom Breidenstein and staff have been great! Always friendly, personable, and professional. They always answer the questions and make sure that you understand the answer. There is a comfort and feeling of confidence with Tom and his staff. Most recent, having been with Tom since moving to Hagerstown 20+ years ago and was highly recommended by family and friends, Crystal has guided me and my family through all our policies to be current and especially with our Homeowners policy given the increase of new build costs. Another highly reputable insurance company reviewed all my policies, and they stated that Tom has my family covered and to stay put. They could not do any better. Only agent I would recommend!

Great Service from everyone on staff. I have been with Tom for over 25+years. Him and his staff have always been great to deal with. From just a young man with a car and motorcycle to a family with a homeowners policy and teenage boys now driving. Tom currently cover 3 generations of my family. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone who needs anything insured.
