“Great employees! I had to exchange a reading light, due to there being no pull tab to get the batteries to work. We couldn't get into it, and they even brought tools out to help open the battery compartment. When that didn't work, they exchanged it for me. Great interaction with the staff, even with it being a frustrating reason to be back.”

“Went here during Christmas and Kimmy was AWESOME!! Super friendly, knowledgeable and courteous every time I went in there. Was in for over an hour one visit and she was so patient and even held all the stuff up at the counter so we didnt have to carry it around. She was checking on all customers and helped get an additional coupon on our purchase! Keep up the great work!”

“Can’t say enough good things about Knucklebones Games & Hobby.
I stopped in back in November while visiting home and picked up my first One Piece TCG items here, that visit kicked off a collection I never expected to start. Since then, I’ve ordered from them a couple more times, including recently from Columbus, OH, and every experience has been excellent.
Fair pricing, great communication, fast shipping, and they go out of their way to take care of customers. My most recent order had a couple thoughtful extras included that really showed they care, which you don’t see often anymore.
If you’re into TCGs and want to support a shop that genuinely values its customers, this is the place. I’ll definitely keep coming back.”
