13 pallets take 2 hours to unloading they shipper guy load me for 20 minutes you guys need to be more quicker

First time there and hope it’s the last. I was ontime for my appointment and then had to wait 40 mins just to get a door, finally got door 8 and by this time 3 other trucks were coming in, one after the other no waiting. A live unload backs in next to me and he was gone in under a hour total, I sat for damn near two hours in the door and finally got finished and ask the lady guard how that was, and of course she don’t know and can’t answer for the inside folks. Horrible experience and hope to never have to do it again.

Easy in an out for a live unload. Guards at check in were very pleasant. 8am appt arrived at 7:30 was unloaded an on my way by 8:45. I had a load of shrink wrap.

Ryan Jarrett and Rhasika Thompson were awesome and very professional. They are the front line to TSC as it shows that it’s a well managed facility. I really enjoyed delivering here and will come back. Keep up the great work Rhasika and Ryan!

Guard shack guy is super cool and explains things well. The yard was easy to maneuver in but the trailers across from my assigned drop spot were too close. I dropped in an easier, close spot and was just sure to let the guard know.

Was late to appt bc of a back injury. Showed no respect towards driver the woman Wendy should work on her people skills. I understand I was late but I showed up at 11 o’clock Thursday night trying to get in. I sent a request for a new appointment time as did my broker call the following morning on Friday been waiting all day and finally got an appointment the following day at 10 o’clock at night, so almost 48 hours I’m gonna be here to unload this truck.

Amazing place! Awesome guard, he was extremely polite. Appointment @ 4pm arrived @ 3 pm, got a dock immediately. Pulled up open the doors bumped the dock light turned red 30 minutes later light turn green overall in and out one hour. When you come through the guard shack he takes your BOL‘s once you have the greenlight you go back through the guard shack and gives back your signed BOL‘sAmazing experience! Other businesses can definitely take a lesson from this place. Great job tractor supply.! ?
