My wife and I had a package set to be delivered/held at this facility for pickup. It was a live shipment shipment that we paid UPS Air shipping for. Tracking showed it was delivered to the facility Thursday morning and was being “Prepared for delivery”. I arrive at the faculty for pickup at 9AM and they can’t find the package at all. Several hours go by, after they told me they had someone looking for it, still nothing. I was able to call a supervisor who started the ball rolling by checking with all of the drivers but nothing was found. I was told I would have to wait until the evening re-sort to see if they could find it. Nothing was found, no one called. I had to call again at 8 Pm and was told they still hadn’t found it and that maybe it was still in Frederick. This was even after they told me that the package had to be physically in Hagerstown to have shown up on the arrival scan. It’s now Saturday morning and nothing, and most like the live contents have perished at this point and no one at the UPS Service hub was willing to follow through on finding the actual location of this package.

Left package on porch at213 w. Chapline st in Sharpsburg and package was for213 w. Main st. Always leaving packages at wrong address .Need to learn how to read street signs and English. Didn't even knock on door. They don't care. Read some reviews for ups from owner sounds like a broken record replaying the same recording. All they want is your money plus there getting ready to go on strike so it's get the packages off the truck at all costs.

Kayla was fantastic and stayed late to help accommodate my busy work schedule! She took the time to help me package the delicate headlights I needed to ship and found the most economical option for shipping the oversized packages! Highly recommend this location and shout out to Kayla for making a great member of their team!

Superbly helpful. The clerk made the experience very easy.I had a simple amazon return. The return specified a UPS Store. The clerk confirmed that their Customer Center could process the return just fine.Scanned the barcode from my phone. Placed the package on the scale. And I was done.Very simple process and super helpful clerk. Very happy with the experience.

This post is not directed to customer service; however, it is meant to put focus on newly appointed trainers and supervisor's in the warehouse.I am an Executive Director and co-owner of a non-profit organization. We do community Outreach on every Friday, I prepare between 60-80 meals, plate them and ready for pickup by 8:00 am. The numbers are rising and more people are in search of a meal.I started working as a seasonal personal vehicle driver (pvd) to help offset the cost of purchasing food for the homeless, all was going well until the bottom dropped out last Tuesday 11/15/2022. I met the driver to pickup the deliveries for that day, his truck was so PACKED that he was unable to locate my deliveries so he picked what he could find, fast forward after meeting the driver on four separate occasions in the freezing sleet, rain and cold, I finally completed the route.Needless to say the next morning I received a call from the newly appointed trainer/supervisor saying that he was put on blast in the morning meeting because I completed the route 4 hours late. Firstly, I was the one in the freezing cold after hours by no fault of my own and he made it about him.He didn't say "I know last night was hectic but thank you for completing the route". He wanted to make it my fault of the late delivery and had tge audacity to imply if that happened again, I would be out of a job. I am the executive director and co-owner of a company, let me just bring this job to an end. I completed Wednesday route because I didn't want to leave the permanent driver in a bind. Needless to say Wednesday was back to normal and I completed my route as normal.I told the newly appointed trainers as pvd drivers we can't complete the task if we don't have the products. The drivers truck was disgraceful, overflowing with my packages and his packages. I was basically set-up for failure on Tuesday.I don't understand why the supervisor didn't put my packages in a rental truck, which would have made more sense and I would have completed my route in a timely manner but that was too easy and made too much sense.I took my phone and vest to the office after the route was completed, the supervisor was at his computer as I was handing him the property he stated are you sure that you want to end your employment, you finished at a good time today, only because the drivers truck wasn't overflowing and he had all my packages sorted when I arrived.I told the supervisor that I was not going to be made the fall guy for something that I had no control over, but he just didn't get it, all they was concerned about was that I completed my route late.I only took this job to be able to afford more food to cook for the homeless, not for personal gain. Looking at how this situation was handled made me realize why I started working for myself. I can't work for people who don't investigate to get to the truth, they only point fingers at the new hire. My suggestion, if the pvd drivers have a big load such as I, pleoase go the extra mile to eliminate stress on both drivers and separate the load onto a rental truck. My homeless people will continue to eat and I will stay in my nonprofit lane and not on a clock that I had no business punching. I will still recommend persons in search of a job. Hopefully trainers and supervisor's will find more solutions to the problem, a lot more thinking outside the box an less finger pointing.TeresaExecutive DirectorThe Elder Group

Boxes looked as if they had been thrown from one end of the truck to the other

Called in on Saturday and asked to have a package Held for pick up on monday but they put it on a truck for delivery. Wasted an hour driving to the Customer Center to be told to come back tonight when the truck is done with it's deliveries. Are you serious?
