Courtney and Hailey are the best they're always so friendly and courteous when I go to this store they treat me and all customer with 100 percent customer service even angry people their attitudes never change.

This is the 2nd shipment I've made recently to NYC from Hagerstown of some sentimental items from an estate sale. Courtney at the Leitersburg/Hagerstown MD office went above and beyond to help us package and make recommendations on shipping, and did so in such a professional and friendly manner. Her customer service skills are exceptional. Not to mention that the packages were delivered very quickly and packaged so well.

I've been renting my mailbox for a while now. The staff is always so friendly. The girls at the counter are fun to chat with when it's not too busy. I believe it's gotten to the point they know my car whenever I pull in. Packages are ready for me, and they'll even check to see if I have other mail if they had a delivery but hadn't been able to sort for the boxes. I sure never had service like that when I was renting a P.O. Box. Keep up the great work ??
