Only issue id say is whoever the mail person is that delivers to our complex is never in good mood, they go around slamming our front door and our mailboxes, Its very loud and destructive. It's very rude as well. .they now started to steal my legal documents, I had one that shouldve been delivered on Saturday its now Tuesday and its nowhere to be seen.. I am about to call the cops on these people. I paid for that document and theyre been nonchalant about it.

Mail is constantly delivered to the wrong address now my mail is even being delivered to the wrong neighborhood. This is the worst post office. I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life awful.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional people working here. The woman behind the counter helping me was rude, and acted like she didn’t want to be there or do her job. Mailed something time sensitive via priority, supposedly guaranteed delivery within 2 days. 3 days later according to the tracking information it was still only showing as “accepted” still there at the post office. I called the post office and they claimed they had no idea where it was, that it was lost. How do you misplace something within the origin post office like that? Completely unacceptable. Wound up having to replace the item and shipped via another service. The people working at this post office and the USPS in general are a joke.

I had to send some of my stuff to college today and the staff, sadly cant remember his name, who seems to have an asian ethnicity was really kind and helpful. He tried his best to offer me the cheapest option and even helped me packing; wasn’t expecting this kind of service today. Thank you so much!

On April 16th of 2024, I was expecting a package. Thinking that something had occurred as the reason why my package from Khols had not arrived... I said to myself - wait a few more days.
Two days, my packages had not arrived, or so I thought! Messages I was receiving said it had been delivered. I was on my way to the foot of the driveway to check the mail, when I saw my packages stacked neatly in front of my garage door; they had been placed there by the postman two days earlier... during the time we were experiencing rainy weather!
If I remember correctly the adage says: Sleet, nor Rain, nor snow shall impede the postman from his appointed route!
I suppose on that day, the postman may have been running late, but had Rain doused my packages, I would have been madder than a wet Rooster!
Please place my packages at my front door. Thanking you in advance...

Says I missed a letter, I saw the mail truck from my apartment window, never heard a knock never saw the mail lady come to my door. But I did see her talking to my neighbors for about 10-15 before going back to work

Twice now, I’ve had to rush a package or letter to this post office minutes before they closed. Each time, the employees helped me quickly and politely. Considering how close it was to closing time, they could have been very annoyed, but instead were wonderful. Well done!

I have a package lost in the mail and I talked to the supervisor named John, a very nice guy who helped me with the tracking of it. This man is very knowledgeable of all the postal procedures

Dropped a package off here on Saturday December 10th and they never scanned it or shipped it out. So now someone's Christmas Present is floating in limbo and I was told to file a Missing Package Report online... the blonde haired lady was very rude and said "Next" once she told me to go online.
