Had major issues with pharmacist management Rodney who refused to give me my meds for my lungs that half work he then got really smart with me as well stay away from this place it's not a good pharmacy

This place is a mess... short staffed all systems are down the 2 people working have no answer. The pharmacy is just hanging up on everyone that called to check on scripts. I talked with other customers. The employees complained about how they still had to be open. Can't ring up a soda and candy bar. But can complain to the customer ? About how bad Walgreens is to work for..

My recent trip to Walgreens was a total headache, mainly because of the pharmacy. I needed to pay for my prescription medicine, but a pharmacy employee told me I couldn't do that. It felt like they were making a simple process needlessly confusing.I strongly advise avoiding Walgreens, especially for pharmacy needs. Their misinformation and confusion are just not worth the trouble. I won't be going back there anytime soon.

Wow looking at all the bad comments. I never had a problem here. We always call our meds in a week in advance so we know they are ready. The wait time in the drive thru can be long at times but I dont think thats all their fault. Customers with the wrong information and so on. Once we are at the window 5 minutes tops. Friendly service always apologies about the wait. Short staffed.

They deserve no stars. Worst pharmacy I have ever been too. Went to the drive thru waited an hour. And was still waiting to get my medicine. Had 3 pharmacist working and no one could help.

The pharmacy staff was very helpful. The pharmacist administering the vaccines was very professional. Only minus: We filled out the forms online and then had to do it again, but that is computer issues, not staff.

1 star only because you have to give them at least that much .. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS PLACE! They take 48 to 72 hours to even begin to fill your medication, then when it’s ready they do not call to let you know and only call when they are about to put it back on the shelf. After you’ve tried for days /hours to get ahold of someone in the pharmacy to see if it was even ready in the first place. The phone will ring and ring and ring only for them to pick it up and put you on hold without even saying a word to you or they will let it ring until it automatically hangs up on you . ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Attempted to get flu vaccine today. Told must make an appt or could be an hr. Well not everyone is website savvy, and your own sign says visit any pharmacy for vaccine. Poor service, made to feel we did something wrong as did not have an appt. And by the way, we have always got our vaccines at Walgreens as a walk-in, never minded waiting but 1hr a little much.

Was on hold for 1 1/2 hours. They will actively ignore their calls in the pharmacy. Like when it rings they'll continuously pick up and press hold before you can say anything. Then you'll be on hold again until it rings again.

If you need your medication, before you run out don't bother with them. Granted my brother's medication is a bit complicated. But it shouldn't take a week or more to fill it. He has gone without waiting for it to be filled. And with his medication it's not that safe. Considering going back to past pharmacy 25 miles away.

I got candy. It was was so melted. I didn't take it back. Why? I probably would be to blame . When things are on sale / not I. Stock. Buy one get one free / how? Nothing in stock. Waited forever to get waited on. Had to cough to get attention. Amazon here I come

Acting manager on 8/3/2023 @ 9:30pm decided to try and humilate me for using a coupon for similac-- "this store doesnt accept any coupons. I've been called into the office for this."Me, "please look at this coupon, it says valid anywhere that distributes similac". REFUSED to look at the coupon, acknowledge the coupon, and the boy behind the register decided to continue to say "cost is 47.99" over and over again. I said I need you to verify this with the branch manager bc at this point its principal-- you have humilated me. They never looked at the coupon. I called corporate- they DO HAVE TO HONOR FORMULA COUPONS--- I work full time and get zero government assistance bc I dont require it but If I go to use a coupon that was mailed to my house- how dare this store publically humilate me. zero stars if that was an option. I called back once I got home and asked what the general manager said, she said "we do accept that kind of coupon." Wow. Thats all I can say

Never can get the correct manufacturer of blood pressure medicine. It is a constant battle and even after they say they have ordered it they still give the wrong manufacturer. Very discouraging and time consuming

The assistant manager is very rude to customers unprovoked and should not be in a customer service position if can't be polite. I will not be returning again nor my friends & family if I can help it. We'll go to another place where our business may be appreciated & treated with mutual respect.
