Avoid this Walgreens if possible. My prescription is sent to this pharmacy monthly by my doctor, and almost every month I have to call Walgreens and wait on hold for 30+ minutes for the pharmacy to actually fill the prescription. It seems like they let prescriptions sit unfilled, and only fill them if you reach out by phone or come to the store in person. This month I had to call in again as my prescription was sent in and not filled (again), and I was told that the pharmacist is ordering the medication now, and I have to wait another 3 days for the medication to come in. I'm not sure why the pharmacist didn't order the medication when the prescription was sent in in the first place a week ago.

Pharmacist basically implied I was some kind of addict because my other pharmacy was out of stock and I tried to get it filled here. Is there a good pharmacy in this town!? I cannot find one. CVS is always out of stock and with this pharmacy I get cancelled prescriptions and ridiculous accusastions. I have never been so insulted in my life. Not everyone is a drug addict. I have 3 bulging discs compressing my spinal cord and need surgery. Maybe if they did their job properly they would see that Ive been given this medicine from other Walgreens (a specialty pharmacy. One time only cuz I didn't know it was a specialty pharmacy) and at CVS on Cannon which closed.. And the one on Wilson.. All within the LAW required amount of times in between. INSULTING. I will be looking into my options.. No one should be made to feel like this for just wanting to not be in a ton of pain.

Ted is the rudest, unprofessional pharmacist. His ignorance and lack of customer service is just 1 reason of the many Walgreens pharmacy is the absolute worst. His ignorance left a patient without necessary medication overnight. 2025 patient care is absolutely disgusting.

This is the worst pharmacy ever been to. Switching to a different Walgreens rather than dual highway. I told clerk in person waited two hours on phone no answer. I came in person. Asked her do I need to
wait on phone longer. She said if I want to. Up to me. They don't answer calls. Also Dr office said faxed over 1 refill. Down to last pill. Said no. No refills. So after 3 hrs today will ask Dr to resend. Dr office closed this afternoon. Many people agree worst pharmacy service in the entire world. Really terrible. Their staff have a horrible attitude.

Worst pharmacy in the United States. I have an auto immune disease and a special needs child so I unfortunately deal with a lot of medications and pharmacists. For the past 3 years this is what I've had to deal with EVERY SINGLE TIME: -The 2 heavy set African American female cashiers don't care about any of the customers or their job- and have no problem telling you the customer or their boss which has been an elderly Indian gentleman or an elderly Asian woman that. -Dr will call in a prescription to be filled and they say they 'never received it' which turns into an all day affair of my doctors office having to call the pharmacy repeatedly and threaten them to fill it -They send an auto generated message saying your prescription is ready, but it's usually not because 'the truck hasn't delivered it yet and we don't know when it will arrive try again in 3 days' or 'we're busy sorry maybe tomorrow' -After being treated so rudely by staff my wife refused to deal with them anymore. Last visit she made her phone died having to complain to the doctor about their unprofessionalism. The pharmacy refused to let her use the phone to sort it out. A gentleman behind her let my wife use her phone and yelled at them on her behalf. -The pharmacist/ manager either doesn't care about all these problems or they are just completely incompetent. -The list could keep going but it's not worth my time. I've already been stripped of a month or more of my life dealing with this place. Following the advice of Walgreens corporate office/ my Dr/ my sons Dr/ my wife's Dr/ the Better Business bureau/ other Pharmacists in town/ and every other customer at Walgreens on Dual Highway I have met along this slow death march of something so simple as picking up a prescription- we will never set foot in this godforsaken train wreck that seems to be an experiment in how to ruin people's lives while denying them the medicine they pay for and need!

This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. It would be easy to just switch right ? wrong ! Cause they are the only ones who can get the medicine right now. I have been given wrong information every time I’m there. I go out and it’s a bother for them to help you. You call and you’re put on hold until the phone disconnects, you call back and and hung up on again. What a joke I’m not sure if training needs to be started all over if I could give this place a 0 I would. I tried given the benefit of the doubt but after 4 phone calls today and several times going in what a joke. Walgreens on dual highway you need to do better !!!

I took my son to the pharmacy today for vaccination. They did not give me the necessary documents. When I came back and asked for the documents again, they gave them to me. They were very rude.

Had a time to pick up my prescription wasn't ready for 2 days call pharmacy and wait on hold for 30 mins plus for someone to pick up and hang up on you worst pharmacy ive ever delt with

This has to be the worst pharmacy ever. It is not a surprise to never see the same employee twice when I come in here. Not sure what goes on in the back there but nothing ever goes smoothly. I bring my friend here to get his medication. The wait is ridiculous, no one knows where things are or why things are taking so long. I am currently waiting to pick a script that was sent in yesterday at 4:15 by the doctor. My friend called at 11:00 this morning to verify they had the order and it would be filled. It is after 5:00 in the evening and the script had not been touched. Do they think people's time isn't valuable? I have seen little old people get the run around while waiting. It is the worst!!

Worst pharmacy ever and I was in a hospital in Czech Republic so the bar was LOW. It would be better if they knew nothing. But they know the exact wrong things and mess up most dates and orders. Be prepared to hear about how its not their fault. There's zero accountability.
