I had a problem with my coupon not working and the employee at the self checkouts told me to go ahead and pay for it and then take the item with the receipt and coupon to customer service to have them scan it. So, I went up there and Kira at customer service said if it didn’t work at the self checkouts, it won’t work at the customer service desk either and didn’t bother trying. I explained to her it was a “$2 off this product now” coupon that came from their store and was their item. She got smart with me about it and wanted to take the item back and refund it, which didn’t make any sense because I needed the item. I didn’t feel like arguing with the rude employee so I just said ok that’s fine. Then she went to hand me back my receipt as my hands were full because I had my wallet in one hand and money in the other, so I told her to go ahead and put it in my Walmart bag please and she got an attitude over that too and said “you could’ve done it yourself”. Unbelievable! My hands were full and I didn’t want her to have to sit there and hold the receipt in her hand while I put my money away. There was no need for her to get smart with me over that. Walmarts customer service staff needs to be taught better customer service because I didn’t go there to be treated like that when I was being polite and non confrontational. That was completely uncalled for. Will not be returning to this location again.

I almost always shop walmart, usually to the tune of several hunder dollars every week. And im usually quite happy with my experience. But tonight was different. If you want customers to stop shopping at 10:50, make your business hours close at 10:50. If you are open until 11:00, you should allow people in until 11:00. I would understand if you had staff at the door warning that "we close in 'X' minutes", but to completely stop allowing people in 10 minutes before you even close is ridiculous. All I wanted to buy was some juice, and would have been in and out well before closing. I was under the impression that most businesses like to make sales, not turn them away. I was told if I didn't like it, I could make a complaint. So here I am. I will also be contacting corporate, as well as taking my business elsewhere.

The situation is definitely going from bad to worse, I have been visiting this store for 7 years and I have never felt as harassed as theToday, I know that maybe people have come to the store who are going to want to steal something from them, but that does not mean that they can accuse all their customers, my son approached that metal platform, and he almost hurt himself on that, and An employee came up and said that my son had broken that platform, and he was harassing us the whole time as if we were going to steal something. I have never left this store in my life without paying for something, so they must do something to improve this! !!!

If u shop with coupons this store will drive u crazy if printed coupon does not scan the will not overide superviser not helpful store help not happy people

Don't say you're open till 11:00 and have some cart guy stand at the door and say I can't come in I literally just need to pick up cat litter and this guy told me he wasn't able to let me in the store as it was stores policy when it was literally 10:50 and it says they close at 11:00

Husband purchased a portable battery charger and the first time we tried to use it, it didn't work after being fully charged. He returned to the store and they refused to refund or a store credit due to it being greater than 90 days. Customer Service person was trying to play games about it. Why are you all selling defective products?
