This building contains the Washington County Department of Aging and our Senior Center. My husband and I are very grateful that we have these services available and it was one of the major influences on our deciding to buy in a senior community in this county, instead of moving elsewhere when we sold our family home.

So many activities available to all over the age of 55. Exercise, art, games, and educational programs. The Commission on Aging helps seniors in many ways!

They have activities, classes, and exercise equipment as well as health innoculations. There is currently a pre-diabetes class to teach participants how to alter eating habits, activities, and exercises to avoid diabetes.

The senior citizens center is located here. I am enjoying the chair yoga class I a m currently taking. Very relaxing and helpful for balance and joint health
