I went here for service on my Volvo. I walked inside, and there were 3 people working to check people in, 2 of whom had customers. No one ever acknowledged me standing there. Another customer came in behind me, and still none of them acknowledged us. A 4th worker came up to the desk and also ignored us. Another customer then walked in, and the 3 of us just stood there with no acknowledgment from anyone. The 3 females then had no customers and just talked to each other, avoiding eye contact with any of us standing there. One of the females started screaming at one point that she couldn't schedule someone, and she started storming around the office, yelling she had no one to help her. FINALLY, the only gentleman that was working there had his customer leave, and at which time he asked who was next and proceeded to help me. I have never seen a more unprofessional set of females in a customer service environment in my life. I felt like I was watching a circus act. Nevertheless, that will be the first and the last time I ever go there again.

Fantastic, easy and efficient car buying experience with Younger Motorcars. Rivers Weese in the sales department was very helpful in assisting with purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and provided timely responses to text and phone inquiries. River brought the vehicle to our home for a test drive and to complete the sales transaction paperwork. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and went above and beyond. Also kudos to Jeff Cross in the finance department for walking through sales paperwork over the phone and having all documentation prepared and ready for signature. Shopping online, home test driving, and completing the sales at home is the way to buy a car. Chose Younger.

I drove from Connecticut to purchase a Porsche Cayenne Diesel from Justin Luttrell. Justin was easy to communicate with and the vehicle was represented very fairly. Transaction was smooth and the vehicle made the 400 mile drive home with no drama. Justin and his team also handled the out-of-state registration on my behalf and the tags arrived via mail earlier than anticipated. Great transaction.

Bought tires March 2023 for my Outlander PHEV that I bought new from Younger, Younger rotated tires every 5000 miles, obvious tire problem, November 2023 at last rotation sent me home on a very dangerous tire - shop foreman, tech, and service advisor all said tire was safe: Maryland inspection station said "ready to pop", MR tire said tires are "shot" . . . offered nothing and sent me home 70+ miles on a unsafe tire. . . I will pass in the future. So sad I put my families safety in jeopardy based these guys POOR analysis. . . I argued but to no avail. Bought 4 new Goodyear tires next day.
