I had a good experience here. I was greeted promptly upon arriving. The associate was friendly and had no problem helping me test my alternator. My hood was jammed so it took a little longer to get started but he was patient and even tried to help. Ended up needing a new bulb and he directed me to where it could be found. Seems like a good store. Left a great first impression.

I was at this location yesterday the service was good but I noticed a employee Kevin advising some of the other employees to tuck there shirts in. The employees weren't listening to him if this is a policy him asking the employees of such was a great thing to do and it looks a lot more professional of the staff.

I would give 10 Stars if possible. Tonight I sit 2,100 miles away writing this review. Tonight Alex and Talique jumped into action and helped a family member resolve a challenging situation. Earlier today a “drive-in” oil change shop in DC didn’t replace the oil cap after changing the oil. You can imagine the smoke and mess this created after driving almost an hour from DC toward Baltimore. After getting off the interstate to get some food our daughter noticed the smoke coming out from under the hood. She quickly went to Alex’s AutoZone location. Alex and Talique took the time to clean up this mess, replaced the oil and oil cap. They went way above and beyond in a time of real need. In my opinion this really exemplifies the AutoZone brand. Great work men! Thank you!

Great experience, they done a free check because my engine light came on and I wanted to know what was going on they checked it out printed out a copy for me to give to my mechanic and I am grateful it wasn't a series of things just a few minor things that needs to be done!!!?. And I will choose that location for now on if I need to get anything for my car.

Just came in for a code read before I leave town early next morning and big guy said they were closed at 8:44pm and couldn’t do a read as the doors were already locked when it specifically states it closes at 9pm.

This place is highly professional I recommend everyone to come here. The assistant manager Alex was highly professional and personable and helped me with my problem.My cars windshield wiper flew off while driving in the highway and he helped to fix the problem he deserves high acknowledgment 2 raises and 2 bonuses; it’s hard to find hard working professional who have excellent communication skills and a young intelligent man who solved the problems that others did not see. Come to this Autozone you won’t regret it!!!!!

Yes ofcourse I recommend this business to all who need help with their auto parts. I especially recommend Alex Guevara he's awesome. Today I had a wind shield wiper problem he was able to make a great recommendation and now these wind shield wipers work with my car well. I think this manager deserves a double raise and double bonus he's always professional when I come here this is my 2nd encounter dealing with him he's an awesome man. I thank Autozone for hiring highly trained professional people.

If I could give this store 10 stars, I would! To make a long story short, I was stranded out in Arbutus and the store team members came through for me so I could get home. But I have to give a special shoutout to Alex G. who drove out to put a new battery in my car and got it up and running again. (My car broke down not too far from the store.) Thank you guys! I appreciate you. Keep it up!

My experience was horrible!! I will never utilize this location ever, again! They claim my part was ordered, that it'll be there the very next day. The next day came, it still wasn't there! They stated something went wrong, whatever that was, and they would order it again, to be there the following day. Next day, they stated Therir going to issue me a refund, because the locations thought they had it, but they didnt!!!stated
