“Ole skool values with new skool flair. Car was damaged on Thursday night, called Dynamic Collision Services on Friday, they gave me an appointment for Monday morning. Rob completed his review upon my arrival at 8:15 am. He listened to my concerns, the team did their magic while I did my work in the comfort of the clean, colorful waiting area. By 9:00 am, my bumper was better and my faith in quality craftsmanship with excellent customer service was restored. Got to be the best in B’more! Make the call.”

“Brought my Jeep Wrangler Willys in to see about swapping to the Mojave hood. Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft was able to get all the parts, and do a complete swap and paint match. Quality is second to none.
I selected this shop based off of their online reviews and later learned that Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft is also considered to be the best Tesla body shop in the area (I git to see my first Cyber-Truck up close when i dropped my jeep off).
The facility is clean and very well maintained. Front office personnel are nice and handled all paperwork quickly and had me on my way in minutes.
The technician who worked on my Jeep has been with Jeff Shaw for more than 25 years, to me, that says a lot - a company that values its customers (and their reputation) enough to retain top notch technicians instead of relying on a revolving door of technicians.”

“I love the work that Eugene and Mike did to my truck. My trick was hit from the back. I was leery about getting the repairs done because I thought it would never drive the same and the paints would not match. I was wrong. The paint match and the truck was like new. It was detailed as well. The turn around time was two weeks. They were friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish and very communicative I was and I am beyond pleased with the service that was provided.”

“Joel is the only guy in md i use to tint all of my vehicles. Good & fair ppl & to be honest on the lower end when it comes to prices. Personally never had an issue worth coming back for but i know they honor their work & products . Its a little drive for me but its worth not gambling on if ur gna have bubbles or if its gna fade & turn purple. Ill add a cpl pics of my two current vehicles. When i get home today for reference. I thought a pot hole may have damaged my replacement on my drive home, and they were so helpful responding to the pictures I sent them. “Gerber Collision was recommended after a rear-end collision. The front office staff was friendly. Ian, the estimator, was friendly and personable. We both have Sonatas and chatted a bit about how much we like them. He looked over my car with me and even pointed out damage that I did not catch at first. He also informed me that the insurance company may cover a new car seat since mine was in the car at the time of the accident. He kept me updated throughout the entire process.
Communication/status is tracked via text message where you are sent a link to track the repair process. Repair and paint was quick. I dropped my car off on the 30th and it was ready by the 8th. It probably would have been quicker than that if one of the parts was not sent to them in error.
If I am ever in need of a repair shop again, Gerber Collision will be my go to shop!”
