Had a very disappointing interaction with one of their drivers today at our shop. Driver was very unprofessional and rude . When we let him know we ordered tires by mistake and already talked to the company for him to please take it back. He let us know he “ didnt have time for this”and used profanity towards the owner of the store and just threw the tires at our trash tire pile . We have always had a great experience with NTW but we do not wish to have this driver back at our facility again.

Don’t deliver here say away yes it a tire load but they schedule all driver to be there at 8:00 and only two dock for unload and full truck take 4+ hour to unload and they done care still wait to get unload arrived 7:06 for 8:00 and didn’t get stared till 12:35

The customer service here is non existent. Went in and they had no other customers in the office. Waited 5-10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then they couldnt find the only guy who can pull tires and process tickets. Waited another 15 minutes for them to pull my tires. Took way to long to pick up 5 tires. Save the headache and the time and go to mfi.
