Charm City saved us when our tire valve popped off at a nearby gas station! Customer service was excellent; they took us right away and had us back on the road in no time. Would definitely recommend.

I can not say thank you enough for the compassion and
professionalism o received today when my car broke down while I was on the road. Mr George was God sent. Brad worked on my car, and I am now back on the road. I would recommend this shop to anyone in or even near the area. I am truly impressed. Thanks, everyone. God bless ~Paige

Update: owner is now threatening me. Idiot. Must not know the law. ..... See below my review. -Edit - I found out that the person who behaved like that was the OWNER!!!! George Panchigar. Luckily I have the entire interaction on video since I had my phone camera for the delivery ready, and started recording when he began getting loud. I am SHOCKED that the owner of a business deems it ok to speak to and treat people like this.--- I am a doordasher, was simply dropping off an order from Advance Auto and upon asking the person at the counter to enter name and signature into my phone , AS REQUIRED BY DOORDASH, the person began yelling at me saying he does not have to enter his name and that DoorDash comes in here 20 times a day, and then he almost threw the item back at me. I told him I cannot type his name for him as this constitutes fraud. He then continues to berate me loudly, almost threateningly. I am a biracial WOMAN, by the way.
The person behaving this way was theAsian male behind the counter. Then a white male tells me I have to get out of the store. I was yelled at, berated, disrespected and the threatened because I walked into their business and politely asked for a phone sign and signature as required. This all because I attempted to drop off an auto part for them, and wanted to do my job properly. I want to make others aware of how the owner speaks to people, and acts in public, in his own establishment. DISGUSTING. I will post on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media as well, and have reported this business to DoorDash for future reference.

Walked in with a slow leak to a tire. I was In and Out in less then 10 minutes. I am very thankful that the guys there willing to help me so quickly. Thank you very much! ? I even have a souvenir of the visit.

Ok I called Charm City Auto and the person I spoke with (foreign language) was not too friendly. As a matter of fact he was very short with me. I asked if they did auto detailing and if they are able to buff out small superficial scratches. His reply was "you have to bring the car in first". Without saying yes, no or maybe. Then I asked what his auto detailing entails? He said we do detailing and whatever you want done. I then asked if they hand wash, machine wash, hand wax or machine wax? His reply was : we do auto detailing". So I asked again what kind of package entails with external detailing? Again he said I need to bring my car in. Then I asked what are his range of prices for auto detailing? He said we don't give out prices! At this point I feel he was extremely elusive and I felt he was rushing me off the phone. I refuse to patronize a company who can not make me comfortable by rushing me and being soo elusive. Furthermore customer service goes a long way. His verbal marketing skills are horrible. I will not give him my business.

Every time I come to Charm City Auto, I am greeted with a warm welcome and excellent service. George was tightly booked with oil changes. I was getting ready to walk out and go elsewhere, but he managed to squeeze me into his schedule. Their waiting area is always nice and clean and the staff always take good care of your vehicle. This is my go to mechanic spot!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everytime I come here the employees are always pleasant and nice. George is a great person and is very knowledgeable about alot of things rather it be about cars or tag and title. I absolutely love this place. Don't know what I would do if I ever had to move. Very trustworthy people.

He told me he would take a look at my car and I paid $150 to get it towed to his shop and he said he won’t take a look. He also told me to get body work done first which ever other mechanic/autoshop agreed
