My package was delivered to the wrong house. It clearly shows in the picture it's not my house. FedEx solution was for me to just contact the person that shipped it to me and get a refund or replacement. So FedEx made the mistake and basically just said for me and the shipper to deal with it and FedEx doesn't do anything and are not held responsible for their mistake.

Wanted to complement my driver Ryan and the other folks ar the distribution center for working me and going the extra mile to get a package to my home. In Ryan's case it was a literal extra mile that he ran when his truck could make it the rest of the way up a limited access road.

Less than 1 star....once again, my shipment goes through the Halethorpe, MD hub, and guess what?? Same thing....
Phantom delivery attempts and 3 days later still not delivered....the fact that Corporate FedEx doesn't do anything about this is mind-boggling.

Driver did major damage to my property and left the scene without reporting. Tried calling and the website without success. No way to contact fedex. Filed a police report. Evidence below.

I was expecting a package today and was sent an email that told me it was out for delivery while I was at work. Came back from work to check the status because normally my packages are delivered by now and found they are holding because I supposedly told them to hold the package. I’ve been at work the whole morning and afternoon? Called them and they ran me around in a circle only to tell me that it was on the truck and out for delivery

They about to get a law suit. One of there driver knocks the door and ask for my underage kid . The he tell her grandma that he seen her walking and went to know her . I called fedex they keep gaving me the run around . I i get to say im going to protect my kid .
