“Budget waterproofing provided a super professional experience from the first phone call to finishing the job. Bill, the estimator, was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain the issue thoroughly and walk through the various options for remediation. The crew that came out, led by foreman Jose, were professional and careful. They took the time to walk through all the fixes prior to departure. You can tell the employees of this company take a lot of pride in their work. Highly recommend!”

It helped my beer budget hit craft beer and champagne tastes for several major renos. If you see it buy it because it probs won't be there in a month. Don't be put of by the 'auction' either. Very low key and I easy, honest.”
“I had to come to this location after work this evening for an item that said online they had a quantity of 4 left (My surrounding local Home Depot's had none) A young lady name Sabrina was nearby to help and I asked if she could check where the others may be because the 1 that was left, the box was opened. She checked in her system and in the aisle, and could not locate the others then said "Let me plug it up, check it out and make sure it's ok". We proceeded to find an outlet and the item was in good, working condition. Then she noticed a minuscule crack on the base of the item but told me how it can be fixed and gave me a % off of it. Because I drove 40 mins from my local Home Depot, I was fine with making the purchase and had a gift card to use. I had to Yelp about Sabrina because I feel like she went above & beyond to help me as they paged her a couple of times over the intercom for assistance in another dept, but she spent that time with me. Her and the young lady at the register name Asia were pleasant. Thanks for providing good service at this Home Depot.”

Their prices are great, too. I got estimate from another local flooring store and a famous online store (known for offering the best price). But their price for the same product was much better.

“We had an exceptional experience working with Dragon Scale! Andrew is professional, patient and pleasant! His customer service is excellent.
Our first experience was when he assisted us with designing and picking out the cabinets and tiles for the renovation of our primary bathroom. The entire process was top notch...from the visit to his showroom where he has a variety of samples to the delivery of the cabinets, tiles and materials. Andrew is very knowledgeable and listens to make sure he has a grasp on the clients vision.
For our second experience, Andrew served as our GC on the total renovation of our kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about how great he took care of us and every single detail. From design, permits, cabinets, materials, labor, plumbing, electrical, paint...everything was handled to our total and complete satisfaction. His crew is professional and polite. They clean up after every work day. Most importantly, Andrew committed to our timeline and delivered as promised. Whenever there was a question or concern, Andrew was reachable and responsive. We are so pleased with all of his work and would, without a doubt, use Dragon Scale's services again and again! Thank you very much Andrew and team!!!”
“I had 88 sheetrock delivery and I paid to have them placed into house. The labor told me they don't go up no more than 2 steps. I told him this is Baltimore how many houses only 2 steps. Called HD upset talk to Tamika customer service. She understood and helped me. 5 Stars due to her only”
“Glass Impressions replaced the one piece windshield in my rv. These guys were awesome. First they gave me a three hour window. Next they called with a thirty minute eta, which they were right on time. Four installers arrived. They couldn’t have been nicer as well as super polite and professional. I can honestly say they make you feel cared for. After the installation they went over all the details of how to care for it in the next forty eight hours. I highly recommend Glass Impressions.”

He( shopper/customer) went to customer service and they couldnt help, tools peeson couldnt help. Ms debbie found the item that was being looked for, went back to recieving, pulled the items and then brought them out. She was supwe nice and professional, she knew what she was doing. Need more people like this.”

“I called multiple times to make sure that they had what I needed in stock before I made a 30 min trip . The first few times the phone kept ringing with no answer. I made one final attempt and after the phone rang off the hook someone finally answered ,so I asked if the product I needed was in stock and if it was .how much a bag of it would cost…?The young man said .. hold on let me verify. I was on hold for so long that I myself forgot I was out on hold. Lol I’m not complaining.. this is just funny . They are good people but probably super busy or just under staffed. I reverse a discount lol jk .”
“My wife sent me to Lowe’s in search of a snake plant. I had no idea of what I was looking for lol. When I got to the store I was met by Ms Maxine in the Garden Center. She was heaven sent. Such a sweet nice lady. Customer service was 10 stars. She helped me find the plant for our needs. Even told me to buy a saucer so the water wouldn’t leak out the bottom of the plant. Over all great experience this morning. Thank you Ms Maxine keep up the great work.”

“I had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Trisha and Alan. I had a tricky return/exchange situation because only one piece in a trim pack was damaged after we had already used the rest. Trisha at the return center was very helpful and directed me to Alan, the manager, who handled everything professionally and made the exchange easy.
They both went above and beyond to help, and even two customers pitched in to help move the long replacement piece. Really appreciate the great customer service and teamwork!”

“Nana, Marshall & Ebony were FANTASTIC! I came in for a return & ended up in appliances because they were having the most amazing sale & I just so happened to purchase my first home & am replacing all the appliances! Nana was tied up because it was busy with the sale going on but Marshall jumped in & walked me through some things & ultimately helped me make some decisions which as a first time home buyer/appliance shopper that meant the world to me! Ebony finished out my return & she was just an absolute pleasure! I can’t wait to return for my next purchase which I gather will be soon as I keep finding things in the home I’m excited to change & im looking forward to purchasing a new washer/dryer for Memorial Day. My only downside is that my military discount isn’t applicable on appliances. I really don’t think they should dictate where my service matters when it comes to purchasing.”
