“We had five blinds cut to size. There was a snafu on the initial cutting, but everyone at this location (Taylor Avenue) was so helpful and conscientious in correcting it. Especially exceptional was a guy named Melvin, who carefully, painstakingly recut the blinds, getting everything right despite equipment that wasn’t really very accurate. He’s a gem; I hope Lowe’s values him. It’s rare that you find an employee of a big-box store who has been there more than a few months, or has much knowledge; Melvin says he’s been there more than six years, and it shows. Keep him, whatever you do. And most everyone else we encountered was a cut above too. I’ll shop here again whenever I have the choice.”

“I highly recommend ProSource of Columbia for any of your flooring needs. The showroom is impressive with a large variety of flooring choice samples. I was looking for vinyl plank flooring and was pleased with the amount of samples they had to help me make my decision. Marco was helping me with my sample choices and gave me the information I needed on each one also carrying them to the car for me. Once I got the samples home I was able to make a decision and Marco was great throughout the whole ordering process.My contractor had lots of questions for Marco about installing the floor and Marco made sure I had all the correct information to give to the contractor. Marco’s expertise and professionalism far exceeded my expectations.”

“I went there this weekend and was so happily surprised how helpful the staff was. We needed to top off our 40 gallon propane tank and also purchase another 40 gallon tank. The man who did this for us was patient and helpful and very professional as was his manager who had to assist us as well. I also purchased something from the store for mouse control and someone came by and asked if I needed help...very good team work here. The cashier, Tommy, was such a nice helpful man too. “I never leave reviews, but these guys were so awesome, I just had to make sure others knew. Their customer service was excellent. They were quick, efficient, and so courteous! I ordered glass to cover an antique dining table, especially since i have an active sticky-handed toddler at home. Once I finally decided to go with them, they were quick to come and take measurements. It took a while for the actual glass to come in, but that wasn't really on them. Once it came in, they delivered same day since my schedule permitted. (Literally 2 hours after the notifying call). Damion, David, you guys are awesome! My table looks great! I'll definitely use them again should the need arise. (Or update my review should the product fail to meet expectations)”

The level of professionalism that she displayed was simply amazing. I would highly recommend a promotion/raise for her. Anneliese (Supervisor) was very appreciative of my comments to her about MARLAYA. When leaving, SEMIRA was very helpful as well when she initially assisted us with MARLAYA. We were elated when we reached the cash register to check out where we encountered TYNEARA. She was very kind as well. The Super Customer Service that was given to us should be awarded due to the fact that it is very rare to find such a service. “I decided to shop at the Home Deport on Ordinance Road in Glen Burnie after having a bad experience at a different location. My experience was different as night and day. John went out of his way to look for a vacuum I had researched online. He found it and delivered it to my destination in a cart with a big smile. Tiffany was very pleasant when I checked out. The boy in the lot offered to load my car and take may cart. The store was much cleaner and more organized.”

“I walked in the Home Depot in owings Mills and was looking for pool chlorine tablets. The 1st clerk said go outside and I couldn't find them. I went inside and LEE was there to help. He walked me over to the chlorine tabs and when I showed him the website that stated the chlorine e tabs were a lower price, he walked me to the cashier and made sure that I received the correct price. I haven't encountered an associate in a store, let alone a huge store as Home Depot, that was customer oriented. He made me a customer forever”

“This Lowes would have gotten a lower rating had it not been for a young man named EnRon. We had been wandering around trying to get help...asked personnel who paged help but none came. This young man stopped and took the time to help us. Not only help but explained thoroughly why we needed what we needed. We were about to leave and he came to our aid. I have been having some health issues where walking is difficult so I am glad we didn't have to go to another store. My recommendation is to have more help to assist your customers.
