Not really good customer service as a whole. You wait and wait with no acknowledgement. This Sadly seems to be the norm for customer service at most places these days.

Someone please give Reggie a bonus. Online lowes couldn't resolve anything for over a week and he dealt with it within 24hrs... and actually followed up. Color me shocked in 2026.
