The WORST! Does not reply to inquiries, except with auto emails. Not professional or responsible in a business that is based on promptness. Horrible!!!!

Awful! Missed deadlines, lost emails, lack of responses, but the worst part was when it came out to be 10k less in deductions than other years, with the same exact income and deductions available. No checklist or questions regarding expenses, and didn't enter a huge SEP contribution as I had instructed. I can't believe they are even licensed. Someone please close this place down!

Had a life event in 2020 and wasn't confident about doing taxes on my own. A relative recommended Ike & Cookie and I'm so glad they did. Cookie was quick but knowledgeable, gave good advice for preparing for next year's taxes, and really made me feel comfortable with the entire process. Highly recommend.

The Best of the Best would not go any where else if they can not figure it how to get you the most back on your taxes pack your bags and move to another country Because they are the Best in helping you figure out what is best for you. Not Enough Stars To Rate Them Period they are that Good

Great service and expediete, price was reasonable any taxes weekend electronically and I got copies. Cookie was pleasant; prompt and I couldnt believe how quick she was done. I highly recommend and you won't be disappointed. HAPPY CUSTOMER
