Asked them to remove the old wheels and mount my tires on the new wheels I brought. For a a set of 14 inch tires to be mounted they quoted over $300 and multiple hours. Never met a tire shop like this one

I have a motorhome. Hours before we planned to leave for a trip, checking tire pressures found in board rear tire flat. Tire was ripped wide open from shrapnel on the road I guess. I didnt even know where to go and I was excited to find Rice Tire by way of internet. With no appointment they took me in immediately. I was in and out in maybe a little over an hour. Very accommodating. My service advisor was very helpful and made me aware of my options. The crew that worked on the motorhome were great. I will definitely go here in the future for all my motorhome needs.

Availability! Most shops want to close at 4 and no weekends, but I was able to get my tire repaired when all other shops was closing. They were very helpfully and even showed me the screws. They continously checked on me and gave me the status. Friend both of people.

I pulled in at 845am with a tire that was blown out just up the street from Rice. They were able to get my tire ordered, delivered and installed before 10am. The experience was great and the front desk guys were polite and made sure I was taken care of quickly.

I needed assistance with getting some tires fixed on a tractor. I ordered a set of tires (6) for our motorhome on Thursday, got a call Friday saying they will be in on Monday. Was told they can install them Monday morning. No problems and professional service. I will go back for more and have recommended Rice to friends.

This is my go-to solution for many of my vintage GMC motorhome’s needs, whether it’s routine maintenance that I can’t do myself (we live on a steep hill), new tires, steering, or suspension work that Rice Tire excels at.
Everyone from the folks at the front desk to the mechanics are incredibly professional and polite. A little shocking really, as it’s not my usual experience at shops in the area.
I worked very closely with Justin when I needed to upper control arms replaced and a frontend alignment done. Talk about going that extra mile! Justin and the rest of the team exceeded my expectations so much that I actively recommend Rice Tire in Halethorpe to other vintage GMC Motorhome owners without reservation.
If you need suspension, wheel or tire work, routine maintenance, these guys should be your first choice.

another great experience at rice tire. I drive a fleet vehicle that gets a fair amount of flats. every time it happens I go straight to rice tire, I am in and out quickly. Good job guys!!! this is honest review not asked for by the employees

Great prices and they got me in and out after I purchased my tires for my pressure washing truck! They balanced my wheels and I had no shimmy above 60 mph!! Will be back soon for 4 tires for the rear!!

Great service! Matt was extremely helpful and guided me as to the best times to come in. I have a 35-foot RV travel trailer and got new tires (5 tires with the spare). The staff helped me back in easily and the service was fantastic! I was in/out in under 2 hours total time. Would highly recommend and will be going back for sure.
