Rented a uhual from this location. The back door on the van one of the doors didnt work. Went to drop it off i was told I was going to have to pay for it and it was my fault when it was broken before I ever used it. If I broke it I would own up to it and pay for the damages but I didnt. I called uhual customer service and they are helping me work thru it. The gentleman inside was somewhat helpful but his boss whoever was very rude and accusing me of breaking it. I would never rent from this place again.

The mechanic here is the absolute best in the industry. He was very honest and fixed the problem with my vehicle in a timely matter. I was pleased with his work and communication. He is the right guy for your vehicle problems and highly recommend.

Always there for gas and today decided to get my propane exchange there and that Indian lady trying to charge me $65 dollars for a propane exchange when it’s just $26 dollars or less other places, unbelievable! Careful y’all!

Be careful when you go there. I won't be going back. Since 1991 I've been going there. I spent about $130 week for my wife, daughter and my truck. They won't get any more of my or anyone I know money's any more.

This gas station looks like one of your average Baltimore County indie gas station/auto repair center and it's exactly that. The pumps have an Apple Pay reader so you can avoid your average Baltimore County gas station card skimmer, the fuel prices tend to be consistent with the rest of the area. Shell Fuel Rewards accepted.
The U-Haul renting experience pretty typical, with the person working inside was able to check me in and out quickly. The vehicle itself was your typical mechanical beast of burden with a 1/4 tank of fuel and the scent of someone else's alcohol sweats. Of course the truck was parked head-in - I guess whoever rented it last didn't want the practice.

Pumps are shut off when close there's no signage that they shut the pumps off. All night long people pull in, try to get gas overnight, find they have been charged $130 for gas and the balance isn't returned to their balance for 30 days because it's a pending transaction. Untrustworthy place to do business

Good gas station and friendly but they are NOT 24hrs they chain and lock the pumps!
CAN WE HAVE ACCURATE OPEN TIMES!
When you call to ask times they hardly answer!
PLEASE UPDATE HOURS OF OPERATION!!!!

I came here to pump gas on Saturday at 9:18 pm. The pump never worked and no one was there at all! However, they put a $175 hold on my card and still have yet to release the hold. I’ve never been to a gas station that keeps a 10 day hold on the card! They all release immediately after the final pump amount. Do not get gas here .

I use reward points from my local supermarket. I put in my number and it said how many points I had which was 1.20 off per gallon. We'll it never did it charged me regular price $3.34. Watch your pumps if your using gas points.

I have been dealing with the Linden Shell for many years. Anytime one of our vehicles, we have 5 with our kids cars has anything wrong I have taken our cars to Jason and he has always done a terrific job! I won't go to anyone else, Jason's estimates are always good and the work is always done well.
