“I enjoy coming here, but I am a medical patient and at this establishment drive thru is medical only. I see constantly this drive thru is backed up with people either not in medical line (but still getting they’re order put thru) and medical patients who have not filed they’re order properly (leave the attendant leaving his post to go get the items that should have been ordered properly). If you are working the line please only allow the Medical patients to use it (don’t let them use it just this time) and if someone isn’t prepared meaning they placed no order please don’t hold up the line, thank you.
EDIT: I am changing my review from one star to four, the manager reached out agreed that medical patients are priority when it comes to the medical only drive through line and they said they would try to prevent any delays in the future. I still enjoy using the drive through and it is usually easy, fast and convenient when you place your order properly.”

“The best customer service ever. The atmosphere is welcoming. The inventory is amazing they've got something for everyone! Mickey helped us and our friends yesterday and he literally knows EVERYTHING! He took so much time to educate us on our options and answered every question we had. I highly recommend this shop. Its super easy to get to the location, we took the cherry circulator. Nice easy ride. Plus this location is next to the market and dollar tree, everything you need, including nice restaurant options too. Definitely ask for Mickey! You won't be disappointed.”

“I've been to Firefly a few times within the past few years and the staff have been consistently friendly and knowledgeable every time I walked in! Honestly, this place is classy, clean and has a lot of variety. When I've been to other adult shops it can feel creepy or intimidating but this place has never made me feel that way, it's very comfortable. So far, I've bought outfits, toys, games and glass pieces from them and the quality has stood up on everything I've bought.”

“I’ve only been here a couple of times but it’s a cool little store, lots of different products and very affordable. I didn’t catch his name, but whoever was working the counter today was super helpful when I was trying to choose a vape battery. Can’t think of any other places where I can get a battery and an Arizona iced tea in one trip! They also do a 10% discount for medical patients which is nice. I’ll definitely go back next time I need something.”
