“The staff is friendly and on the ball. Dr Feinberg has been caring for my pets for years. He is very competent and professional. I feel my pets health and safety is top of the list here. When he is unavailable, I have seen the other vets and they are equally kind and professional.....NO COMPLAINTS at all. Kate who works there is fabulous and is always giving of her time t say HELLO and make sure my pets are getting the best care. The front desk staff do their best to help and answer questions and get people in and out in a timely enough fashion. I love my VETS!!!!”
“I keep Everhart business cards in my wallet because I want to recommend them every chance I can. After taking my cats to Dr. Notarangelo and Dr. Hayes at the Cross Keys and Brooklyn Park locations, I'm so impressed by how cat friendly the practice is. (For example, they offered my cat Kiffawiffick a plush house in his own room where he could relax. When they needed to move him around the office for tests, they carried him in the plush house because he felt safest there.) I've never had trouble scheduling an appointment, and the doctors and staff are always thorough and clear when explaining test results and answering questions. From my experience at other practices, a vet tech can make or break a visit, and every tech I've met at Everhart is exceptionally patient and kind. What I really love is that they have multiple locations, which makes it easy for our cats to see someone in an emergency.”
“Dr.Bishop and his staff are by far the best animal hospital I have come across in my many, many years of having pets. From friendly to compassionate to experienced, words that do not adequately describe Dr Bishop and his staff.Dr Bishop is so caring and helpful; being there exactly when you need him, even though I was not that close to his office but he still came to my home to take excellent care of Ruby.Both times Dr. Bishop came to my home he brought along the most compassionate and experienced assistants who didn’t get frustrated even though Ruby was very frightened and was not going to comply with their requests.In addition, Dr Bishop was kind enough to have his groomer take care of Ruby who has allergies and in desperate need of a bath and a cut. I was really doubtful of the results while I was waiting knowing I had not been able to bathe her or even cut a matt from her hair. She is beautiful…. perfectly groomed! Shocked and amazed are an understatement!I would strongly recommend Dr. Bishop and his exceptional staff without reservation.Thank you Dr. Bishop and all your great employees!!!”

“I called on a Thursday morning about an medical concern I was having with my dog. They fit me in later that afternoon and I had the good fortune of having Dr. Harker examining her. See was pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Harker carefully listened and responded with suggestions and recommendation for testing. I felt so comfortable and confident in her recommendations and the results put me at ease. Thank you Dr. Harker you rock!!!”

“Staff and doctors were very pleasant. The vet was extremely informative answering all our questions about our two new puppies. He did not make us feel rushed in any way. Only complaint would be the wait time, but that is to be expected when they're only there for a few hours a few nights a week. Would highly recommend them especially for initial shots, boosters, and flea, tick, heartworm medication. I do wish that they would see pets when they're sick as well. But I do highly recommend for discounted basics”

“I have been going to another vet for a long time, and they were "okay", but over the last year have come to distrust their judgement and ways of practice. Especially when they told me my 19 y/o cat was going to die in a month based on just 1 lab result, no further studies, and offered no real solutions and also dropped the news on me in a very cold, inappropriate way (still talking about the former vet--- NOT Doc-side!). However, she's still kicking 9 months later.So I've been looking to switch vets. But right now my 19 y/o cat is sick with a tooth infection and a cold and DocSide got her in same day I called and they were SO ORGANIZED and thorough. I also appreciate that they don't take your pet from you to do the examination like some vets do. They do everything in the room with you and the doc spent a very long time with me discussing total wellness for my geriatric cat, and did so with humor, compassion, and well-rounded honesty.Most importantly, he gave me a second opinion, and gave me HOPE. I have been living in fear of losing her since last June b/c of the other vet, and when she got sick this past week, I feared the worst. Doc-Side relieved my worries with a kind, honest assessment/consultation and I was so happy with their service. I can't recommend them highly enough!”

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for place to spay your pup.Note to those 1 star reviewers… please do not expect to be handed a glass of champagne on arrival. This is not the Ritz, and if you want affordable care for your dog this comes with a minimal, practical office space. It smells clean, but also shockingly… like dogs and cats. Please manage your expectations, I found their services to be excellent.”

“Dr Wolfe and Nurse Sarah have been an amazing team caring for our dog Ziggy who has an EXTREME fear of vet visits. Our visits take place in our driveway where Ziggy is most comfortable.Their approach is unique in that they gently yet firmly and quickly take control to let Ziggy know they are in charge but he is safe in their hands, all while I am within his reach. I can’t tell you how many visits we paid for with our prior vet where we left without intended vaccines or exams because the vet was afraid to upset Ziggy.HomeVets has become the only way Ziggy can receive the care he needs and I am so thankful!”

“AMAZING—Across the board, from the vet techs, to the vet himself.I needed to call and get quotes, also needing help with dosing my cat for calming him before the visit. They were so patient with me, and kind.There was little to no wait in the waiting area or the room.Dr. Hanson was THE BEST vet I’ve ever come across. He took generous time to explain body functions of my cats existing issues, symptoms to look out for for new issues, potential threats that could worsen them as well. Very considerate of my budget, even recommending an out of state low-cost vet/friend of his, and giving me advice on what to prioritize. Other vets in the past have been very vague and seemingly intimidated by my desire for knowledge and assistance on home care, he was far from that. He was such a blessing to work with and put me at ease.The cost for the visit was relatively low compared to some places, and my cat is a senior who required a very extensive blood panel so not quite exactly cheap but it is part of the responsibility of a sick cat. Needless to say, I would rather pay more for this level of true quality care than every try going low in cost again.Thank you Charm City Vet & Team!”
