This is the most disgusting Wawa I have ever been to. Being a New Jersey native who worked at Wawa myself for 6+ years, the condition of this store, the filth, the customer service, everything is not up to the Wawa standard I’m used to. I drove out of the way to come to this Wawa for a quick stop on a road-trip back home.
Just walking in, nobody greets or acknowledges you, the deli area took 15 minutes to make a simple sizzli-type breakfast sandwich. (It was not very busy). Workers just talk and ignore customers. They didn’t start making the food until I asked about it.
Moving on to cleanliness- this location is just disgusting. From the moment you walk into the store- the doors are greasy with fingerprints.
Walking up to the ordering kiosk screens- there was crusty dried up food on every single screen. The ordering screen countertops, as well as the deli countertops (at least on the customer side of the counter) was covered in a thick layer of dust, crumbs, and dirt. Totally nasty to be a food-service environment.
This store clearly does not care about presentation or cleanliness. This is a health safety issue.
With the lack of cleanliness, unfriendly customer service, long hold times, and lastly a broken air pump- I’m rating this store a 1.
Hope they can get this store straightened out!

I asked for a special order on my smoothie today because they never blend it enough. The skinny white guy lied to my face and said it was double blended. I couldn’t even drink the smoothie because of all the ice cubs left. This Wawa doesn’t know anything about customer service. And it’s dirty.

My wife discovered a flat tire at the air pump and went inside to ask to use their phone (she left hers at home by mistake) to call me and that outright refused to let her call me so she had to come outside and find a random person to borrow their phone. Never again will we shop here!

Employees are friendly and do their best to get order out quickly. Only downfall i would think is it is a bit overcrowded, both inside when ordering, waiting in line and outside, trying to find a open gas pump or parkimg spot. Overall would recommend of looking for a wawa in the area.

It's a Wawa, and a good one, they just end up out of stock slightly more often than I'd like, but it's a good Wawa regardless, and that's why it's mine

They never have any thing, if you order a burrito with beans they don't have beans, and if you order a noddle soup it only has 3 noodles in it

If you place a Mobile Order during the evening hours, it won’t be placed at the Mobile pickup area. Instead, they place the order behind the food counter and never call your name or given order order. I did a mobile order in-store as a test. The food is prepared. I stand there in plain sight waiting to see if they call either my name or order number. In 5 minutes, my order is ready and sitting right in front of me behind the transparent barrier, placed there by no other than the customer service manager. I waited to see if she was going to call my number. She didn’t. She instead moved it off to the side and called the next number. I waited for another 5 minutes. Still didn’t call my number. After 10 minutes, I walk up. She asked me what number I have. I gave her the order number. She said she doesn’t have it and for me to wait until she calls my number. I tell her and pointed “It’s right there.” She looked at the number and then tells me that she just got the order. I tell her “I’ve been watching you for the past 10 Mintues. You’ve moved my order around and failed to properly place it in the mobile pickup area.” She tells me that in-store orders take priority when calling numbers over mobile orders. When they’re no more in-store orders, then she would move it to the mobile pickup. I tell her that orders are prepared and served in the order that they come in. I shouldn’t have to wait beyond my actual number for my food to be ready and in my hand.
I get the food and it’s luke warm, not hot out of the over.

lets say this, i used to stop here for ab out everything. not any longer the week expired milk took the cake when my wife opened it and poured what looked like yogurt into her coffee. this is just plain outright trifling. i know no one targeted me here but the attention to detail has diminished. no one cares if we get sick from this. am i wrong for not checking the date. or is the store wrong for allowing it for sale? the door handles have never been wiped clean, no wander we have covid and sickness floating. in general we tolerate filth and substandard services yet pay for living wages as its a right. what about living without being poisoned or fear of contracting a disease from just patronizing? we need to do better. someone needs to do quality control here. the food prep area has more fingerprints and nose boogers on the ordering screens than a kindergardens playtoys.. gross people GROSS!!! the amount of straight up lies in these reviews tell me either they are paying people to lie or the people reporting dont know any better. the one that said they were clean must be blind and must not be able to smell. it smells like straight butt and wet moldy mop. i dont think they own a mop. the enterence door handles show 1/8 of crusty filth. no way they been touched with any kind of cleaner since it opened..
