This is the most careless imcompetent group of people working i have seen in my life. I called 2 hours before coming to the store to have something held for me when i get there. I come in and say im here for *item*. I get a mhm from the cashier and he walks to the wrong area for it. Then spends 10 minutes clueless as to where it is. This place is a complete joke. Going to autozone from now on.

My battery needed replacing.Brendan was able to get me in and out in 20 minutes, including diagnostic test to make sure it was the battery and not the alternator, and full install.great service!!I called ahead to make sure they weren't busy and would be able to do the install.THANK YOU!!!

Staff from this location likes to Harass the public when it comes to parking in front of the store if you are not visiting this location. Its public parking and There are no signs posted, I've spent a lot of money in this store over the years but will be happy to give it to Autozone across the street.What I've witnessed and experienced first hand is Completely disgusting, its very unprofessional to sit in a chair at the door and wait for individuals to pull up and park just to be harassed about parking. Threats to have people towed "because they can" are outlandish. There was a young man working the front desk and I truly hope he isn't taught that this type of behavior is acceptable by the general public. Shocked that management allows this type of behavior to continue. Someone should inform the staff, there is a right and wrong way to talk to people.

I have only fantastic things to say about This Advance Auto Parts, with Manager Mike and his staff. I've purchased $500 plus in parts for one of my sister's vehicle's, and even more spent on several other vehicles I own. Every time I "think" I know what I need, I've been wrong, lol, and the staff has kindly and professionally pointed me in the right direction. Thank goodness for honest hard-working professionals at Advance. Thanks to the entire team.
