Kris at the drive thru is always so happy and pleasant. He even apologized for not remembering my name today! He has see hundreds of people, only sees me once a month or so. It's so kind that he wants to remember your name. He's very polite and just a genuinely nice guy. Thanks, Kris!

The helping hand there, one of the girls that fills the pills as you could say, told me that I have to wait 24 hours before the actual pharmacist will get back to me about filling my medicine. All she basically had to do. Let's contact Walmart and have the information digitally. It's transferred over to their computer, which takes <3 minutes. They were not busy. It was midday on a Tuesday. She then told me that I was rude and that I was coming at her being rude which I don't do. I am a very calm person. I'm a modern day, monk anybody around me that makes my blood pressure go up. I try to get away from that's one of the. Reasons, I was there to get my depression medicine. And in high blood pressure medicine, I was informed by my doctor that I was able to pick it up from C. V. S as soon as possible, take it because my blood pressure was 189 125 103 she did not help that at all. She continued to tell me that I was coming at her and I used a calm voice and said, ma'am, I do not want to argue I am going to walk away and be the better person, have a great day and I hope you have a good rest of the day. Employee's name was Emmy blonde bleached table, short cut hair with piercings need.I say more.

I picked up an Rx this morning, and the person who helped me was friendly, informative, and the Rx was cheaper than initially quoted. Thank you! I've been there on days when the pharmacy has been short-staffed and busy. They have never been rude, just stressed. Keep in mind that workers, regular ppl don't have control over being short staffed. They can't control if their co-workers don't show up. I'll bet a lot of the negative reviews are by ppl who have been rude & unrealistic in their expectations. I've worked in a job that is busy/stressful and where ppl have been rude to me, so I know how it feels. Treating folks with decency and appreciation goes a long way.

This pharmacy doesn't know what they are doing. I would like to give them 0 starts if possible. I called 3-4 different times in the past 2 weeks and I left 3 voice mail message. They have NOT returned any of my calls to date. It is impossible to do business with them. Then one day they texted my husband that my medication was ready. No idea why I was on my husband's account, so I drove there. They could not find me in the system, and they didn't know why my husband got a refill message for me. They told me the meds must be at a different cvs. When I insisted they look into it more because I wasn't leaving then they discovered they had me in a different computer...hmmm why their computers aren't connected when this is a major pharmacy...no idea. So they updated my information. I called today again during work hours, had to leave a message. So far I haven't gotten a call back again.
I am so done with cvs.

I come here to drop off UPS packages. There is always someone to help me. It's quick and painless. The store is clean and has surprisingly good deals on their clearance items.

The pharmacist is RUDE!! he turned me away after waiting in line because of lunch I was the last one in line! He turned my 90 yr old mother away from getting a needed shot and NO ONE WAS IN LINE?? HE SAID MUST HAVE A APPOINTMENT?? I went across the road to WALMART and they took her right away no problem! The pharmacist should not have anything to do with people this took place at cvs Hampstead md I nor my family will ever go back switching to Walmart!!

Don't keep prescriptions in stock, can't provide any accurate information on when prescriptions will be in stock, and won't make any effort to make phone calls to supplier to determine when will be available. Profoundly disappointing customer service.

Arrived at 9:01pm to shop for a DoorDash shop & deliver order. The staff had locked the doors but were close by so I communicated to them through the doors, wondering why the store was closed as it is posted online, on their own website (and in DoorDash's system), that close is at 10pm. What appeared to be a store manager told me, "too bad, we're closed". Already a bit rude but whatever, shrugged it off and figured it was because he was ready to get home. However, as I was standing close by contacting DoorDash support to cancel the order, I heard one of the employees MOCKING me. I was not rude to them, just confused about the hours. This behavior is never ok when on the job, but especially not towards someone else who is also on the job. The attitude among the staff here is completely unprofessional and it reflects badly on CVS as a company. Fix your operating hours online and fix your attitude.
