We have been clients of Dorothy’s office for 20 plus years. We know that when we have a question or concern Cynthia will take care of us quickly, professionally, and with care. She is very knowledgeable. We have the utmost confidence in her and know we can depend on her. We don’t have a need to go to the office very often since most things can be done via a phone call, but I enjoy the friendly and welcoming atmosphere as soon as we walk in the door. She told me about my options and recommended what type of coverage that I would need. She is very professional and a pleasure to speak with. Cynthia answered all of my questions. For any insurance needs, but specifically life insurance, I highly recommend speaking with Cyndy Jermain. She is exceptional at explaining the many options available and helping customers to fully understand and choose a policy that suits their needs and budget. Somehow, she manages to breakdown the many options into easy to understand terms. She truly cares and not about "making a sale" but about helping each person protect themselves from the unexpected.

I highly recommend contacting this office if you are interested in either just learning about various insurance policies or to check on rates. Both Cyndy and Cynthia are great to work with and have been very accommodating without being obnoxious salespeople.
