Because your pricing was not what you claimed it to be on your website. It was double on 1 return & triple on the other. I had a house fire lost everything. So I had 2 years of taxes prepared. It said $69.95. I also had a coupon to use for each tax year but was not allowed to use them both. There were no restrictions on coupons for 2 different years prepared.

Not happy with service at all! Went for an appointment that was scheduled 2 weeks in advance for 1hr with Cynthia. Got there and had a few questions about my taxes (didn’t understand self employment part) she made me feel as if my questions weren’t important and got an attitude while trying to explain them. Was told half way through the appt I could go and get one of the papers (that could of been printed at the office), got back and she was already seeing another customer (I still had half an hr left of my SCHEDULED appt) I was told “you snooze you loose”. Not professional. Then to find out THE DAY TAXES ARE DUE AT 7:30 they are finally done (she had my information for 10 days prior) it took her less than 3hrs to finish out my taxes and they charged me $445!!!! Will not be using this location or company for taxes ever again!! This is a huggeee rip off on top of paying the taxes THAT YOU OWE THE GOVERNMENT!
