My favorite nail salon around, they never disappoint. I always see Anna or Lin, but I would trust everyone in this salon to do my nails. They do get busy, so I always book my appointment ahead of time. Staff is very friendly, professional, and talented. Try to book ahead, and sit back and enjoy!

this place never fails to amaze me, one of the workers Lin does a amazing job of doing my nails, she cleans them up pretty well. whatever i ask for she does exactly it and it always looks amazing. i highly recommend her! i also sometimes walk-in and the wait is abt 10 mins when they are max busy but they are walkin friendly and appt friendly.

I took a night to make sure I was as unhappy as I was when I left yesterday and after sleeping on it decided to leave a review. This nail salon is not walk-in friendly. If you want to be seen schedule an appointment or they will be rude, nasty, and half engaged in their service for you if you walk in. It would have been fine if they had said they were too busy to see us or directly stated they could squeeze us in but would be prioritizing appointments, but instead they sat us in their chairs and worked on us in between other clients with no apparent system or clear communication.
The woman working on me was on the phone, micromanaging other employees, and then doing complete services for other clients while my pedicure was half done and paused at weird times. After the 4th time she walked away without any indication of the service being done or not, I had enough and was just waiting for my Mom who was going through a similar situation with another technician.
I was then yelled at because I got up and started walking to pay, because she wasn't done. I stated I was done being touched by her and then she flipped out on me, blaming me for my bad experience for walking in. I said okay, she had the choice to say she was too busy and instead she sat us down and started services they weren't performing to a standard I was happy with. That is not how I like being treated and if that's how they want to do things okay, and hopefully it works for other people but I was not impressed.
My nails look okay, but I had a bunch of gel cured on my skin, the top coat isn't cured smooth, but they were so distracted I couldn't even get that addressed and when she started being nasty to me I just paid and left. Any bit of communication on their end, in place of hostility, could have made this a different experience.

Horrible experience and I will never bring my daughter back here again. I understand when you’re busy and we are walk ins that it’s gonna take a little longer. However don’t say sure we can do it when you can’t, slapping nails on someone and then moving to the next customer while they sit for 45 min staring at the wall is unacceptable. 2 hrs later my daughter is still sitting in there!!! All this place cared about a profit walking out the door, instead ruined the whole day because now we are stuck! Be decent human beings and just say I’m sorry we are too busy today!!! Profit over people!!!

I booked an appointment for a filling it said online it would take 30 minutes I was still in there after an hour of waiting with my nails not even done being prepped. I had to leave because I had plans and the woman doing my nails said I could pay half and come back the next day she said my total would be $55(3 nails were fixed and I wanted French tips) so I paid $35. I came back the next day and the lady made me pay $75 !!!! When I told her that she said it would be $55 she said it was now $75 because they had to fix three nails but online a fill is $30 a broken nail is $5 and French tips is $10 so it should have been $55. Safe to say I will never be coming back.

Me and my daughter went to Q nails because a lot of people had recommended it, but I will not be going back. My daughter came out of the nail place crying because she wanted acrylic nails, and I had already paid for it she came out with just her nails painted when she asked them nicely to change it they told her that they couldn’t because she was a kid also, she left with her cuticles bleeding and it was just a terrible experience.The women was the person who yelled at my child for something they did wrong so I left the nail salon with a sad daughter with fingernail’s bleeding and a
kid who will never go back to the nail salon again.

After getting my nails done here, I developed a fungal infection on my hand.
The skin started peeling and cracking, and it was painful and embarrassing. My doctor said it was caused by exposure to dirty tools.
The place looked unclean, and the nail tech rushed through everything without even wiping down surfaces. They touch other people's feet and then touch your hand without washing. I've been to many salons. This is by far the filthiest one.
Do NOT go here. If you care about your health, stay far away. This place should be investigated and shut down.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this place was a huge disappointment. I scheduled an appointment in advance, but still had to wait 90 minutes to be seen. The technician seemed rushed and didn’t listen to what I asked for — I showed a photo of a simple design, and what I got was completely different and honestly sloppy. The tools didn’t look very clean, which made me uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and unprofessional. My nails chipped two days later, which has never happened before with gel. Definitely not worth the price. I won’t be coming back.

Horrible service Kathy is in no way to be in charge very bad a customer service and condescending with her remarks. Nobody should wait 40 plus minutes after having an appointment to be seen. I want to talk to the owner Lisa she needs to get having appointments 3 times and waiting almost an hour is unacceptable. I run a business too and that’s not how it works. Then someone walks in a is seen immediately is crazy!!Do better Lisa.
