“Lock and Hook helped us when we were a bind and our tire blew out on a drive back to Ohio for Christmas. They went out of their way to come get us in a weird spot from fairly far away from their location, and helped us on the side of the road so that we could get ourselves to the repair shop rather than be towed there. They helped mitigate the gravity of a bad situation, and we deeply appreciate it!”
