Octavius was the most patient, courteous and knowledgeabpercy sales person. He helped me port my phone over from Cricket. This was an arduous process to say the least, but he kept me calm. This process took a few hours. I am so thankful for his care and assistance in this matter!

I didn't leave this review. I gave my phone to the salesman who must have input it. Who knows what else he was looking at while trying to "get my phone information." It was actually a terrible experience. The salesman had music blasting when I came in to buy so that i could barely hear him. He sold me a product, didn't explain how to activate the card, and was in a rush to close the store. He literally turned off the lights, put his jacket and bag on, while I was still trying to activate the service. He misquoted the cost and gave me no receipt. I spent an addition 45 minutes in AT&T with a customer representative just to figure out what happened. I would never recommend that store to anyone unless I wished them a terrible experience.
