It 5:25 doors are locked and there is a hand written note on the door saying "on break will return at 5:15" left the store at 5.30...this is absurd

Top notch customer service. As some who lost their phone, it makes life tough to deal with due to reviving login pins.
I feel extremely fortunate to have met Mamudu as he was extremely helpful, patient and caring for getting me back up and running. I will be referring many friends to them for sure

I'm suing! Misinformed and false Information felt like I been robbed probably just to get commission. Brought my new phone over that i got from another Att to have my number imported because they couldn't do it, gave me a temporary number. I was told that I had to buy that same phone from them In order for them to import my number. Done that! And was told to take that other phone back to where I purchased it. Did that and found out they can't take the phone back. Now I'm stuck with two phones and extra line for nothing all because someone wanted to sell a phone so badly. Where I felt like I could've kept that phone I bought from the other retailer, instead of buying the same phone from them. If they couldn't import the number just say you couldn't, Instead gip me into buying a phone. I want my money back!

They do not tell you the whole information of everything , even if you are there reading things . They don’t show you all the information. They give you wrong information and make you lose money so they can take more from you. I would never never recommend AT&T to anyone , I just changed to this service I had Verizon before and I really regret changing . This store the employees definitely are thieves and AT&T dont have morals at all

Went into the store to upgrade 2 devices on my plan. The employee Jaylin G was nice, however she didn't include my trade-ins on the orders as I asked, and even added on $34 worth a month of protection plans that I never asked for.
When i noticed on my reciept that there were no trade-ins listed, she told me not to worry about it, and that there'd be labels in my box when my phone arrived. But there was nothing. No trade-in was ever initiated. Had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with a call center employee who was able to get my trade ins started. The store employee almost made me lose $2000 worth of trade-in value.

No knowledge representatives. I wish they are better trained. What is the point if I have to call 611 and ask them to explain the store reps on what the process is.

The young lady was alone and customers just had to wait. I had a appointment that was a waste of time. Once she started helping me she was great, but her attention span was short since she had others that wanted phones. I got a new phone and wanted data transferred but felt bad for her, so left and phone still has not been able to transfer data, Verizon or Comcast sounding better each day.
