The young lady was alone and customers just had to wait. I had a appointment that was a waste of time. Once she started helping me she was great, but her attention span was short since she had others that wanted phones. I got a new phone and wanted data transferred but felt bad for her, so left and phone still has not been able to transfer data, Verizon or Comcast sounding better each day.

What kind of store; asking for sim only but they don’t have ; seem like STORE is only for playground .

Today in and around 11:00 I went into the store for help with my S21 mobile phone because the battery charging wheel stop populating when plugged in to charge.there was ONLY one employee in the store and she was with another customer. She did NOT have any identifiable clothing or name tag with AT&T on it. She final came to help me after about 10 minutes and when I told her my problem, she stated I DON'T KNOW and can't help. She then ask is my phone paid off, I informed her I have a protection plan, at this point she gave me a pamphlet and walked away.I ask her name and she gave me a name that a WHITE woman would probably not have. She said her name was Shaquaiita, I then ask for a business card and she gave me a Retail Sales Consultant card. Also NO Manager business cards were on display or available without request. Needless to say this could had been a positive experience if she wasn't so SHORT, RUDE and STANDOFF's.At the time I was on the phone with a AT&T customer service and they told me to get the card and I can place a complaint with them. I also contacted AT&T customer service and submitted a complaint as well.If this location employs people that apparently treat people of color different than non-people of color you will continue to receive complaints.Do BETTER AT&T

We had an unfortunate experience at the AT&T store inside the mall, so we came here to voice our concerns and get some issues resolved. Aleem (district manager) was a great listener and I have trust he will handle things at the other store. Brianna (store manager) helped sort things out on the technical side. They were both very nice and personable, and had us taken care of quickly. Thanks guys!

Passed by the store and was helped by manager he is very professional and knowledgeable, we were able to change our plan to the new 5g plan and end up adding a new line and watch to our existing plan for the same price what we used to pay. Thank you guys!

So, this could have overall been a good experience at this store, however the employee who approached me was very unhelpful. I broke my phone and was trying to upgrade, they didn’t have the one I wanted and that’s fine, but then I was trying to ask for help regarding the stock on another store. I asked politely if he could check, he replied he couldn’t he’s not too sure on the other stores stock. That’s fine but I asked if maybe he could help me call the store, being a member of at& my for almost 3 years now, it would have been nice to use their phone to call the other stores. I had no source of communication to inquire about the stock of the other stores, so I could get my phone. His best answer was for me to go on this wild goose chase to different stores and just find out for myself to figure out for myself. Gas and my time isn’t cheap and my issue really could have been resolved in less than 5 minutes if I were to just been able to use the store phone. The guy simply said he doesn’t know any store number like the internet doesn’t exist. Luckily I was able to get my phone but this experience did not help whatsoever And wasted my time. I really hope this employee sees this and maybe dictates his future regarding customer service. Not only was my day bad because I broke my phone but this just put the icing on the cake.

The associate Briana was outstanding, excellent, and very professional. She answers your questions and explains to you. She goes far and beyond to find out why your device is doing something and then she corrects it so you are not having the same technical issues. I walked out of AT&T feeling like a valued customer because of her. I hope AT&T have more exceptional employees like her. She is a great value to this company.

The store had 3 representatives and all 3 were knowledgeable, patient, extremely helpful and very kind. The manager assisted me personally, Dwayne. I have NEVER been engaged by employees like them. ? Super super people all 3.?

Dana was the best representative at the stand alone Arundel Mills AT&T store. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous to all customers present despite being the only employee present.

Went to the store at 10:10 am because my phone is not working. Door is locked and store is dark. Hours posted both online and on the door say they open at 10am.Update: an associate arrived about 10 minutes later. He was helpful, replaced my sim card. Apparently when they activated my phone they just cut and crammed my old sim card in, even though it was the wrong size. I'm surprised it survived this long, honestly! BTW, that was at this same store location a few months ago.
