Just recently, Rita reached out as we had policies coming due and she worked with us going through all of our policies with thoroughness and much attention to detail and able to find us savings and update and adjust were needed. We are extremely pleased with this Alec Schwab Insurance office and the agents such as Rita that provide incredible knowledge and customer service to their customers”

“I had a State Farm homeowner's insurance claim which had to be signed by my mortgage company. Unfortunately, the company had sold the mortgage and the new company would be unable to process the payment for the claim for nearly two months! The repair had already been completed (it was an emergency and had to be done) so I couldn't wait that long for payment, and was concerned about having to make upcoming mortgage payments on top of paying for the sizeble repair costs. My claims adjuster had already closed the case and was not available for me to contact - she was either out of office or was refusing to answer.
Mary has over 30 years in the business, and despite this being well beyond her job role at State Farm, she wouldn't take no for an answer. She spent weeks making phone calls, kept escalating the issue, and got a hold of a claims team leader who was able to solve the issue. On top of that, that I was able to have certain coverages for the repair at all was because she made sure to put that in my policy - this is stuff no inexperienced homeowner would think of happening in a thousand years, yet it happened to me. Mary and her office rep Jaccie had me covered. I cannot overstate how lucky I was to have Mary and her team helping me as my agent. She is a hero in my book.”
