I had a great experience there. I had ordered a battery for my car online and I went to pick it up, and the gentlemen, there were very nice. They checked me out, got my battery and even installed my new battery in my car at that time.

The person answering the phone says that he can't tell what floor mats would fit a 2011 Toyota Camry XLE. He advises to come to the store and see which ones fit the car. Can't we do better than this?

I have been going to this store since long.
After visiting few other AutoZone stores I must say this is best si far specially in terms of staff, way too better. If they don't have what you want, they will discuss the options with you and try to help you out.
