I visited BoA on 12/27/2023. Had a wonderful and productive experience with Demetria Henderson. This was my second encounter with her and once again she walked me through a process that she was also able to put in simple terms for my complete understanding. Thank you again! Great customer service!

They don’t keep their business hours.The sign says they are open until 5:00 pm.I am here at 4:45 pm and they are closed.

Fatema Marvi, teller, was very kind and helpful. I appreciate the courtesy and kindness that she provided.Update 4/19/2023: Alexis Crowell helped me open two new accounts. She was very helpful and made the process of opening accounts very easy. I can't say enough good things about this branch.

Horrible Customer Service! Incompetent, Rude and Unprofessional! Luckily I can’t find the 2 girls names at this time. But they are the reason for this review. However I did report them to BOA right after. For starters one of the girls almost GAVE my 5k because of her incompetence to count, until her coworker saved her. Might I add one of the 2 girls who was up front seen the line going out the door was staring in my face seeing my frustration grow says “did you say something” I said no I didn’t but is there only one person Wrkg and she says no 2 but I’m counting the overnight drop (WOW)! Then why are you upfront and better yet why don’t you jump in and help out until the line dies down! That would make the most sense (correct)!, but no not these people! You are being warned! If you honor your time and want to be treated like a valued customer hence acknowledged for waiting in line for almost 20 minutes while they chat and flirt with customers and not even apologize, to you. But get this apologizes to a “MAN” who came in way after you for the wait but not you! The man even said she should have apologized to you! Then have an audacity to have an attitude with you and smirk and giggle with her coworker while wishing you happy holidays! Unprofessional is an understatement! Do not come here, we’ll maybe if your a guy they might play nice! They are literally 5 minutes away and I’ll be driving 15 to avoid this bank. I will never go back there again and no they do not have a drive through.

Bank of America is very bad these days. Very slow. Can't reach a person to talk about my own money. There is only one teller working. Do no cone to this location it is very very very slow.

Bad Bad Bad Services, I got a long line to get till the counter, and she said she can helped me do the deposit but she didn’t finish her work, then she told me she can’t help me do all transactions. Even though you are in the business clients she didn’t help. The reason that she can’t help is the line getting long. You work slower and you didn’t done your work and let me come back later. I won’t go back to lineup again. Bad service, and slow service. Other people just just standing around.

People trust bank for their money and bank can’t even provide colored notarized copy to its customer. Hard to believe that multi national bank can’t keep colored printer at its location. Some people are too rude to their customer except Fatema . She was very helpful , kind and friendly. Please have colored printer .

Do not be responsible,awful, and not caring about customers. Spend 20 min to say they can not do any thing for us, and all the time push us because they have appointments for three persons at same time.

It was just BEFORE closing and they shut doors early. I tried to get their attention JUST FOR A SECOND not to be seen myself, but to let them know one of the ATMs outside was broken and that SOMEBODY’S BANKING INFORMATION WAS VISIBLE ON THE SCREEN (frozen). The two women at the registers totally ignored me (they heard me knocking). Shame that this location doesn’t take security seriously.

There was a time when the staff was awesome and banking experience was great but now the staff doesn’t wanna help.. u can’t operate the safe deposit without checking in with them.. earlier it was finger print match and everything cool.. the location is closed without any notice.. so technically there is no way u can do stuff at your convenience.. with the current staff and system I would never recommend this location to anyone

For 30 minutes, maybe longer, only 1 teller at the counter, on a Friday, the last day of the month. It wasn’t until a customer had an issue and was holding up the line for 10 minutes did more employees come out to help with the line. Ridiculous. Only come here for business deposits and change, and now I’ll be cutting it very close getting back to my store to open on time after being in line almost an hour! Staff is nice, at least.

Recent weeks they have really focused on keeping the wait times to a minimum. More often than not now they have 3 tellers on during the peak hours of business
