Needs better staff or proper staffing to boost customer service. My Pickup items canceled without courtesy call from store to ask if I had substitutions or needed shipping. 4/5 due to being a loyal and frequent customer to the brand.

I had a fantastic experience at Bath & Body Works! The store was well-stocked with a great variety of scents, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to assist me in finding the perfect products and made my shopping experience enjoyable. The checkout process was smooth, and the deals made it even better. I’ll definitely be returning!

The store was closing in 15 minutes and I was not allowed entry. I told the associate that I knew exactly what I was looking for, she then hesitated and said “we don’t have anymore”, despite me being able to see the item from where I was standing.
I understand that stores have a closing time; however, perhaps the hours should be updated to reflect a 5:45 closing time instead of 6pm.

Lauren who was is a so called supervisor her attitude sucks & my experience was horrible!!!! Corporate should come to do a friendly visit. I would never shop at this location ever again.

I went in with my best friend and son and was welcomed in by a very kind woman, Tori. She helped me find the perfect perfume even though I’m very picky with my preferences, she made it easy. Because I love the new scent she showed me I ended up buying the lip gloss too and another scent of champagne toast body mist glitter. I love all the products I bought and appreciate Tori’s professionalism.
