Venay (I apologize I'm sure I'm spelling it wrong) or V helped me today and was extremely enthusiastic and friendly. Came for one item but ended up buying a bunch of items due to the welcoming atmosphere.

This store was so packed when we visited. The aisles are organized but it was just filled from wall to wall. It was a tight squeeze along with the numerous customers milling about. The worst was the checkout line. Wow. We waited a long while and there were four people working the registers. They just didn't seem too interested in moving efficiently. There were also two additional workers behind the register who were NOT ringing customers up. When a store is that busy, it just shouldn't ever happen. You need ALL hands on deck to keep your customers happy. Nobody should be standing around when you have a line curving back around into your store. It looks like laziness, and that's just annoying. Not a good image in the least. Don't think we will return.

Summer is an absolute rock star. Not only does she do an excellent job with my brows, but she made the effort to entertain my kids when I had to unexpectedly bring them to the appointment. I highly recommend it!

Summer is my go-to for brows! She is so talented and never ceases to amaze me with her skills. She does an amazing job at waxing and threading to enhance my natural brows perfectly. Even in her tinting, she expertly mixes to get the perfect shade for me.

Summer is the goat with these brows....she wax, tweeze, or thread. I've had a few mishaps getting my brows done by other ppl. I love how she keep me involved with the whole brow mapping step and tint. I'm never going to anyone else. You want bomb brows pull up on here!

OMG I cannot say enough good things about my visit with Summer today! I have been hesitant about getting my brows done, but after seeing all of her clients I figured I'd give it a shot. I am so happy I did! She was thorough, kind, and extremely professional. I would recommend Summer to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

Very disappointed in the customer service. Read reviews and booked with Skai, as she was highly recommended. Day of my appointment they rescheduled it to 20 minutes earlier. As I’m driving to my appointment, she calls to let me know she doesn’t have time for me today. Very unprofessional, will not be giving them another try.
