There is a fair skinned associate ,slim who was very rude to me ..She is going to to run the business down.Mgt shd get a camera and monitor how she relates to customers..I will never go to Claire’s again because of her

Came here with my wife to get my ear pierced. An employee - Jenn - made sure the experience was as smooth as possible, explained everything in details, made sure we were happy with the placement, talked through the steps and the aftercare. Appreciate it!

It's 9/18/23 @ 10:22 am and the store isn't open. Online time states they open at 10am. I've tried calling to see if calls were forwarded or an answering service but no answer.
