Saturday service failed me. I've been in line for an hour with 3 customers that were in front of me. I think the manager should have known this and send me to a different branch that may be much quicker.

If I could give this bank a 0 star rating I would!Do not work with these people. I had a loan I was trying to payoff quickly due to the fact the bank increased the interest rates multiple times in a few month period. When I want to get a payoff for my balance, guess what? They didnt provide the correct payoff. Then continued to MIS-APPLY my payments to interest ONLY all the while NOT paying off the principal as rapidly so that guess that they should keep accruing interest at a faster rate. I talked to Todd by the way.***BUYER BEWARE*** stay away, keep your money and business away from them. They made a bunch of interest on me, but its all back to business ethics and principles in my opinion

I have done all of my Fulton banking here since moving to MD over several years. I have made deposits and withdrawn, opened new accounts, all seamlessly. The staff here are all very helpful every time I've been.The only flaw is that the double door airlock that doesn't unlock sometimes.

Carmen Fleming gave me bad customer service. She is not knowledgeable of her job. I hope her superior's see this review and have her go over her job duties, her responsibilities and to give better customer service while working for Fulton bank.

Not a fan...now will never be a customer. Went in to cash a check that someone gave me that was drawn on Columbia Bank. They charged me a fee of $5 to cash THEIR customer's check. That is some "hoodish" stuff. I thought it was a bank, not a check cashing window at the liquor store.

The fees are ridiculous, they are not trying to help u they are trying to rip you off all the way, this branch has the worst service and unfriendly tellers and managers! Do not open an account here you will regret it!

This is one of the best Banking experiences during my stay in the US. A great professional, helpful and friendly staff. Banking with them is the easiest and safest ever. Every time I have an issue it's about a few minutes to get it resolved. I recommended opening an account for ten of my friends which they did. Ms.Melanie, Ms.Carmelina, Ms Stacy, the head tellers thanks all of you.

I had a great experience going in to open a checking account here after receiving a marketing letter advertising a $125 bonus for new accounts (with some transaction requirements, of course). The staff members were all very friendly and professional, the bank is clean, comfortable, and presentable, and they gave my toddler a little football to play with while I opened the account (and he got to take it home, too). I'm just starting to use the account itself, but this bank branch gets 5 stars from me.

First, I am only giving them one star because there is no zero star option. As a young company, we choose The Columbia Bank because as a smaller, community bank we thought it would be a more personal experience. My business partner and I went to open an account at the Hanover branch for our small business, and we are not pleased with our experience. The customer services representative made it very difficult for us to open a account; although some of the information she was requiring further proof of could have been accessed through credit reports and other ways. She gave misinformation and had a attitude, upon seeing how frustrated we were becoming with all the hurdles she was trying to put us through. Ignoring initial negative vibes we received from the representative, we decided to proceed with opening an account. The branch manager came in at the end of the transaction, asking inappropriate questions and making disrespectful assumptions about us and our clients. After opening the account, within 24 hours the bank manager closed our account citing bank policies. Even when speaking to us about closing the account the manger was rude and had poor professional conduct. As young entrepreneurs with a growing business, we come in contact with other business owners in the area, therefore, we will be unable to recommend this bank this anyone. Two days later we opened an account with a well-known national bank with no issues and are pleased.

This is one of their newest branches. It's very convenient to my workplace, which is a plus if I need to go to the bank during my lunch break. Every employee in the drive-thru and inside the branch is friendly and helpful. They even convinced me to sign up for online banking by walking me through the easy registration at one of their desks. As this area grows, I hope this branch becomes a favorite bank among the residents. Stop in for a free cup of Starbucks coffee or Tazo tea!
