“I bought several computers from Odyssey for a business I was starting. Their computers have outlasted every other computer I bought from other refurbishers. The costumer service is very helpful, friendy and responds to emails in a timely manor. This is now the only place I buy refurbished from after having so many other issues with other retailors.”
“These guys are my local IT supplier and they are fantastic. Used equipment is the way to go if you know what you are doing. It is far cheaper and better for the environment. So far we have spent less then 5k on a setup that would have cost over 10 times that new just three years ago. Plus with these guys, the firmware is always updated, tested, and factory reset. As for price, I've not found better, anywhere. I usually check ebay and other sites before buying and so far I've almost always gone with instock901 when they had what I needed. The only thing I wish they would do is open their warehouse to shopping. I've been inside and let me tell you, its nuts the amount of stuff they have.”
“Melody took my varied schedule into account, and took the initiative to decide to help me with my tech issue while I was available. She then stayed with me, and the issue, for about an hour, until it was discovered and fixed. This service was provided with grace and good humor, I could not ask for more!”
“I bought a mac book from this location in 2020 and did not expect to have to need repairs. my son informed me that his computer would not turn on or charge. of coarse that's the only info my son was able to tell me. first off I did not know the geek squad was still around. I made an appointment online but in the meantime I called people who I knew with apple products and all they could tell me was best buy is going to charge you an arm and a leg. I started to call around and got quotes for other location ( NOT BEST BUY) and was quoted 90.00, 50.00 to 180.00 for a diagnostic test. best buy call center rep informed me that the first 20 mins is free. I went on google and saw only the horrible reviews and did not want to go to this location. I decided I was going in and only allowing them to look at my son's computer for 20 mins and that's it. I was greeted by everyone I encountered. I wish I got the young man's name who helped me but I thought I would see him when I picked up my son's computer. Dustin was so helpful and professional. he told me he would keep me updated before making any repairs. he called me and told me everything was okay with my son's computer and I could pick it up. when I picked up son's computer everyone greeted me once again. James was very nice and informative as well. I am so glad I did not go off of these reviews, I hardly ever write reviews but I hope this will help with anyone who need to visit this location.”

“Good experience overall as I arrived near closing time. Went there specifically for a windows 11 laptop hopefully not expensive. While they only had a few choices they were good choices at really fair prices. The man clearly explained the hardware warranty. It kinda looks like a repair shop and that’s good to know also.”

“The only reason I gave 4 Stars is when I walked to the desk and spoke to the one of the guys from Geek Squad that came to assist me he didn’t speak and went straight into “How may I help you”? So, I spoke again and he said the same thing. I work with the public every day and I teach the Importance of Good Customer Service to my staff. I’m just happy that another young man came out to help. He had exceptional customer service and he greeted my husband and I with a smile. Other than that, the Geek Squad did a great job. They also nailed riced that my warranty was about to expire and ordered the part I needed so that my phone would work properly.”
“had a pickup scheduled on launch day at 10AM. I arrived and there was a line with a seemingly long wait. I asked for a chair due to some health issues and the inablity to stand for long periods hence a pickup window. The associate said they cannot give chairs due to mall rules and I could not wait inside in the empty store or lounge area. He then went to his crew leader(big beard guy). I was immediaetly brought in and supplied my pickup. Great customer service provided as I said I didnt mind waiting, I just couldnt be standing the time I needed to wait. I appreciate the consideration of the employees at the store during that hectic time for them.”
“I arrived flustered and concerned about the possibility that my computer had been hacked. As soon as I walked into the store I felt at ease. The store itself is well secured and fully stocked with computers of all needs. Once I had explained my computer had been "compromised", a staff member, Victoria, immediately took a look at my laptop meanwhile explaining that they are seeing so much of this same situation with many of their clients. She checked my laptop, explained how to deal with the situation and was extremely knowledgable and kind. Once she had made sure everything was fine she showed me what to do in the future and I was completely sure that all was well. I would recommend Mac Medics to anyone having computer issues or needing upgrades etc. Thank you to this great staff!”
